I'm in my early 30's 5'10" 210 and work out 4-5 days a week weight train and 15-20 min of cardio but body fat has been at 25% for about a year its getting pretty discouraging I'm not going to lie my diet is not up to par but would like to get down to 13-15% so I can start my first cycle of test. Help with diet would be great, also would like a realistic time frame that goal could be attained. Thanks guys n gals
