What's the fastest way to drop Body fat?

I'm in my early 30's 5'10" 210 and work out 4-5 days a week weight train and 15-20 min of cardio but body fat has been at 25% for about a year its getting pretty discouraging I'm not going to lie my diet is not up to par but would like to get down to 13-15% so I can start my first cycle of test. Help with diet would be great, also would like a realistic time frame that goal could be attained. Thanks guys n gals
 
Look up keto diets (many know them as Atkins). By far the most effective way I've seen to quickly reduce body fat. It definitely requires discipline, but very doable.

I'd recommend hitting up the guru if these parts (3J) if you want something more tailored to your needs. He offers a really great service that brings a wide selection of foods at a cost even poor college students like me can afford.

Why do you need to lose it fast? Why not just get a solid diet and take things slow and steady.
 
you really dont need chemicals to get to 15%. You can tweak your diet to get there. However, there are some somewhat safe options to speed up the process if you know how to use them and you continue to diet and train properly. Read up on GW-50 (GW-501516). It basically increases the rate at which your body burns fat because it switches your body's preferred energy source from carbs to fat. it is a PPARô agonist similar to AICAR. Read up on it before you use though. it is safe as long as you stay within the dosage range and keep an eye out for things. research and production on gw was stopped due to its raising the chances of cancer considerably..

i would personally avoid it.. nothing like proper dieting and training to get where you want.. why take such a high risk?

ya i heard about that back in 2013. The study was done on rats and the saturation levels were FAR higher than any dosing protocol used by humans. A lot of things can cause cancer if you use/take/ingest too much. Heck, too much milk causes cancer nowadays lol. If you use insane amounts of dbol, you greatly increase the risk of liver cancer. I don't believe at reasonable doses GW is going to do harm or cause cancer.

Also, yes proper diet and training is exactly what OP needs. I figured once he learned how to diet, GW would make a nice addition to speed up the process a bit.

i have not read the specifics on the research myself so i couldn't disagree..


but do we know for a fact lower doses wouldn't cause cancer?? there have been no human studies..

lipo would probably be fastest.

A good case of food poisoning will lose weight, but not necessarily fat.

If I can think of anything faster...oh I know! Divorce. You could lose anywhere from 120 lbs up to 220+ depending. :D
