whats your shake?

i just thought it would be interesting and perhaps educational if some of the members would list their own personal shake
recipe(s).

mine goes like this...

2 % milk
whey protein
cottage cheese
almond butter
bee pollen
natural raw honey
egg
banana

protions vary

2 scoops of EAS 100% Whey
1 1/2 cup egg beaters (For thickness)
1tsp of lemon sugar free pudding
1tsp of cheesecake sugar free pudding
5 drops of liquid stevia
5 ice cubes
Sprinkle some fibre one cereal on top.

Takes like key lime pie :D

Skim milk
Natty pb
banana
yogurt
cottage cheese in my bedtime shake
oatmeal in the morning shake
flax oil
fresh peaches (summer only)

at least 3 a day..a smoothie once a day too

nice! i actually use Natty peanut butter as well as a change up from almond butter and i also use oatmeal every so ofter.

never tried yogurt, its likely a good addition, will try.

Yea...I choose unflavor whey for the ability to add flavors at my own discrestion..

I should try almond butter..never have


Plus I think flavored whey is nasty shit, I have a hard time getting it down

this makes enogh for 2 drinks.

night drink before bed the same but no milk just more cottage cheese mor pb and water.
