WI GQ on AS! Jul 23, 2003 #6 I try to hit the same spot as from from each other as possible, time-wise that is. Bis, tris, delts, quads, and an ocassional calf shot glutes hardly hit them now unless it's a long acting ester.......don't want anything to close to my a55 to often.
