When doing source checks with me or any other mod....

Putting the source's e-mail address in the subject is not a good idea

Fields of an E-mail are not encrypted, only the body.

bad idea

According to mvmaxx that is what he wants (just going by what I read in the original post).

He wants the sources email addy put in the subject line. If it's not encrypted than that's probably not the best idea.

So how do you want it Mvmaxx?

for what its worth, my elite account is over the limit and I cant seem to erase any old emails, so dont send me any source checks till I get it cleared up

I repeat, putting a source's e-mail in the subject line is a BAD IDEA

do Subject: Hello, SC

and put the sources e-mail in the body

smartest way to do it

You're paranoid.

The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<XYZ@hushmail.com>
(reason: 554 <XYZ@hushmail.com>: Recipient address rejected: Account expired)

Someone please shoot me now. :shoot3:

Well, I have to admit that paranoia is a good thing. As long as the email isn't cryptic (har har) I'll read it, make sure the info is straight too.

If you ask if xxx is legit it could be xxx@anydomain.net or xxx@anyloser.com - so make sure its layed out, habla ingles por favor :D

I agree paranoia is a good things at times but I do this for a living and can tell you it's the least of your worries.

Some people do stick thier neck out there and are still safe, so yeah its pretty believable...
