When to do ABS?

I generally do a 3 a week routine.

IE: Monday= Legs/Shoulder
Wednesday= Back/BIS
Friday=Chest/Tris

and abs after each workout...but alot of people say abs are like any other muscle and just need one hard day of being hit.

AND YES, I realize abs are mainly DIET and just having Low BF but lets be honest, we all like hittin em!

What do yall do for abs?

I'd actually probably enjoy working out my left ear more than my abs.

If you're doing compound lifts you're already hitting abs hard. Your abs are stabilizers in lifts like squats, deadlifts, power cleans and even bench.

You really don't need to work them any more than that imo.
 
^^glubgawd i guess we said the same thing. I'm with you on that. I hate direct ab work. I think it just freeks me out to be in the part of the gym that has the chrome weights
