Going to be starting a test e/deca cycle soon(3rd cycle). Two routines I have in mind are a 2 body part per day, 3 days per week split. Or 1 part per day, 5 days a week.
They'd go something like this:
Routine 1: (3 compound exercises, 1-2 iso exercises, 3 sets each)
Mon: Chest/tris
Tues: rest
Wed:Back/bis
Thurs: rest
Fri:Legs/Shoulders
Sat:rest
Sun:rest
Routine 2: (4-5 exercises, 3 sets each)
Mon:Shoulders
Tues:Arms
Wed:Legs
Thurs:Chest
Fri:Back
Sat:rest
Sun:rest
Thoughts/recommendations/other suggestions?
