whos has big traps... whats your workout... see mine?

personally i feel soreness shouldnt be a problem if you are squeezing (pinching as the guy above said). ifyou are simply going throughthe motion less gets acomplished... and guys.. stop pecking like a chicken when doing shrugs... incorrect form, doesnt hit traps as well as they can be hit, plus... you look like a dam chicken
 
I get a good burn from bent over dumbell flyes. Only 2/3 bent with a hold at the top squeezing the traps. Pyramid the weight - 3 sets. Only thing that works for me. I actually started these back when Goldberg was wrestling and saw his traps. For what its worth.
