why can't i grow arms ?

ok ,, i have been training HARD for about 4 years now,,, 5'7" 178.5lbs at 12%bf... i can squat 395 for 2,, i can pull 405lb deads for 2 ,, i can bench 295 for 2.... my back grows ,, my chest grows ,, everything but my bi's and calves grow.

suggestions to help wake my arms up PLEASE ! ...

oh ,, and yes ,, i'm on a VERY STRICT/CLEAN 5200 kcal diet and have been for about 6 months now.
 
18" neck
47" chest
24" thighs
14.5" calves (i know i know,,,i'm working on it)
14.5" 4-arms..
16.25" arms cold !!

5'7" 178.5lbs at 12% bf by caliper ..

umm you got your self some pretty big guns there for your ht wt bf ratio. i would be more concerned with those wheels. calves should be equal to arm size ideally. other wise your only other option for arm size is over all more body mass. the more you wt the larger your arms will get. its not about the exercises now for you, its about sheer body mass for arm growth at your cuurent wt and BF.
 
Thank guys ,,, i am growing actually ,, when i started the diet i was 184lbs at 24% bf... now i'm 178.5 at 12% bf... (i have a trainer and body building nutritionist).. so thats a significant gain ,, a note ,, my arms are the LOWEST body fat of any part of my body... but as you can see by the numbers,, i have grown quite a bit.


184@24%= LBM of 139.84lbs

178.5@12%=LBM of 157.08lbs

thats a theoretical gain of 17lbs lean body mass !! ...

calves (believe it or not,, have grown .25") .. hahaha,,, but i know that they are suppose to be the same size as my arms. i'm trying.

Matt i have tried everything ,, i'm trying to do them twice a week right now... one light and high rep day with my back day ,,, then one HEAVY low rep day at the end of the week.... my tricepts aren't that bad ,, but my bi's lack lower bi and peak. basically everything that makes a bi apealing.
 
aLot of the big arm thing is how cut you are and how big they are in propartion to the rest of you. Mine are 18" cold unflexed and IMO don't look very big or big enough.

adidamps ,, could you post a pic of yourself on this post? .. your about an inch taller than me and weigh a buttload more... i am looking to hit 190lbs at 8-10%bf for next season. and yes ,, thanks ,, more mass is my goal as you can see.... i'm working furiously on calves,, and thighs for that matter...thanks again for the critique.
 
i'm in the memebers pix area i am roughly 17%BF and sporten 15 1/2inch arms.

these pix of mine are progress pix. so the 1st set is of me as a fat ass the last set i am starting to slim down a tad more.

ave BF 16.6%
now is this the most accurate? no, obviously not. hell i don't believe i'm 14%, but as we can see averaged out from highest 20.7% to lowest 14% i am some were in between.

peak is mostly about genetics. and what do you mean by "lower bi"?

more toward your elbow joint.... a spot the can absolutely be developed.... i'm going to ge check out your pics adida... i also have been a work in progress ,,, was 135lbs about 4 years ago.
 
What really works for me is just pounding away with full ROM on preacher curls. Sometimes Ill start with a weight I can do about 5-10x then just keep pullin off 5-10lbs each time I fail.
