i know you think you dont care about anything buy upperbody but i promise you that when you build a impressive upper body and dont train legs you will look deformed. i tell the bench press gang they look like they are riding a chicken because their legs are so small compared to their upper body , after a while they stopped training in shorts because people were laughing when i said it.
We have a 200lb guy in our pl gym that can raw bench (385) more then he can dead or squat.His quads are as slender as a 130 lb woman.He wore shorts once and didnt like the ribbing he got from us.I nicknamed him Rooster because of the thick chest tiny legs look. He's part of our 4 man group now and I'm going to teach him good form and the strength will come.
