I am a sports person and the one who has always been conscious about staying healthy, and I’ve come to realise that men’s health is much more than just fitness and diet. We talk about gym routines, supplements, and mental health—but very rarely about intimate hygiene or preventive procedures like circumcision.

I started exercising just to stay fit, but over time, it became much more than that. Exercising and living healthy improved my mental health and peace
