Why not take steroids at 20-21??

You should have waited. Your body would have done most of the work for you. Invest in your food thats a great place to focus on. Save your money hopefully you still grow an inch or 2 taller.
 
In my opinion most people who use steroids to compete usually end up with really low testosterone levels or on TRT eventually. I think that your chances of fucking up your hormones are much higher at younger ages. Also at 21 I think if bad side effects occur it is a lot harder to deal with. Lol does anyone really want to be 21 and lose their hair or have gyno. Those are some shitty problems to have at 21. Also it would be difficult to have like 4 to 6 grand saved up for gyno surgery at 21. Basically what im saying is at a young age steroids don't only have a increased risk to fuck up your natural testosterone but at a older age a person is a lot more capable of mentally and financially handling side effects that could easily occur with a cycle. I think taking steroids at a younger age also increases the chance of getting into trouble for multiple reasons.

I stopped growing I hit puburity in like 6th grade. I haven't grown an inch since then and I was the hairyest mother fucker ever. I need to shave everyday. And all I do is spend my money on food. But this day in age that I grew up In image is everything, my boss has already denied good people jobs because they don't look good. Image is everything now a days. I never said I was gonna take aas but I do have it Locked away it all expires in 2017.

I just need someone to talk to and answer all my questions and keep me motivated, cause I know the physique I want is not attainable natty and so do yous. And I know I'm not at my natural limit so yeah I'm not taking them but it's depressing knowing that you'll never be as good looking or as big as you want like te other people on gear

If you haven't tried a REAL diet, I mean a diet where you have that shit planned out, your macros, and YOU don't cheat, you stick to it for 10-12 weeks. Then this is a problem. Get someone that knows their shit to help YOU personally, and stick to the diet. You can't give up because its not what you see. You have to push through it Mentally till the end... At the end is success.
Once you've realized how much a role diet plays, then you will know that diet is the main key factor here. Ive used steroids and didn't diet right, ended up getting huge but just big and fat a haha. Then i did a diet dropped down to 6% at 184lbs naturally, then ran a cycle with knowing how to diet, and was at 196lbs at 6%bf. Listen to these guys, I understand your frustrated, but even on gear it takes a lot of work and it doesn't happen over night. Good luck buddy.

My attitude has nothing to do with it, I make sure the gym and my meals come before anything else, if I was gonna be late or something happened to a love one I would still go to the gym first and make sure I eat my meals. I'm addicted and dedicated to the gym I'm just being real it's impossible naturally to look like the big time fitness models and bodybuilders you see advertised by the media.

I'm still not gonna take them yet, but show me someone who for sure is 110% natural with a physique like jay cutler or even Boston Lloyd. I'm just saying it's impossible I have never seen it

Not trying to be a dick. I understand working out and being natural takes a long time, just keep at it... you gotta realize a lot of people who compete are up in their late 30's
 
I have already hired 3j before and he helped but I can't afford to keep paying people, I'm not even close to middle class I'm rather poor. All my money goes towards food and bills. I also was getting trained by Marc lobliner and he is massive. Also there are a few competitive bodybuilders in my gym and they are big and shredded. The rest are just powerlifters.

Shredders given you some awesome advice already man. Listen to him he speaks the truth.

Another thing is, if you aspire to be a bodybuilder you realise you gotta have a lot of money right? Bodybuilding is without a doubt the most expensive sport to succeed in. Especially so if you wanna go pro. If i was you i'd work on getting to your natty potential whilst going to college/working and saving up, if thats what you REALLY want to do. Food alone is going to cost you a bomb in a few years time (natty.) then add gear, supps, ancillaries, nutritionists, trainers/coaches etc...

Jeff seid is 1 month younger then me and he probably looks better then 90% of us, I know yous are all saying don't use gear and I said I wasn't going to so that's that end of story I was just trying to get my point of view across. I don't want to be natty either I just am for staying natty for now cause I want to have my endocrine system safe

I can't afford college neither do I want to go. It's a waste I know so many people with degrees and they don't even work in that profession they work in a factory like everyone else here. I looked up multiple majors and I care for none of them. The only reason I'm even alive is cause of my dream. I don't care about anyone or anything else srs. The only reason I have a job is to buy food to grow

But your comparing yourself to someone with superhuman genetics. There are guys who have been on gear for years who still don't look that good.
Look at younger photos of the pros when they were novice BB's, before they started gear at around 20 years old. Most had incredible physiques already that many of us may never be able to achieve.
In such an image driven sport you got to face the fact that if you don't have the genetics you probably won't reach those heights. Not to say that you should give up, but you need to be realistic about your goals.

Meal 1: 2 cups milk, 85% lean ground beef 6oz w/ 2 buns, 1oz Swiss cheese
Meal 2: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 protein shake, 227g potatoe
Meal 3: 1 cup of milk, 6oz ham off the bone, 2 slices of bread, 1.3oz Swiss cheese
Meal 4: post workout shake, 4 oz tuna, 1 banana
Meal 5: 1 cup of milk, 4oz tuna, 2 large whole eggs
Meal 6: 2 cups of chocolate milk, 1 banana

My routine is push/pull/legs/rest/push/pull/legs/rest/rest/repeat
I start off doing compound movements and end with accessory work
I like to stay in the 8-12 rep range. Compounds I do 6-8 reps. I also do about 3-4 sets per exercise for a total of 6-7 exercises

Then why aspire to be a bodybuilder? What's the point if your never gonna look how you want.

I want to have the facial structure of Daniel Thomas - what is the point if I cannot change the shape of my face to look how I want, right? Yeah, sounds as stupid as it is - you can only get what genetics allows you to get. Some people have the awesome looking straight side by side eight pack abs and some have the funky looking all twisted up abs. You get what you get.

The right diet and the right exercise will get you much closer to want you want though - provided genetics allows it. If genetics does not allow it, no amount of diet, exercise, or juicing will ever give it to you...but you CAN damage yourself instead. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no short cut.

As an aside, for less than the price of one complete AAS cycle, you can engage 3Js to help you with your diet and exercise program. He can get you setup to actually achieve your goal, but it takes time. My body is rapidly changing under his care, something I started on my own but simply could not continue due to not having his level of knowledge and expertise.

A) mix a scoop and half of waximaize in a shaker cup full of water and sip during entire workout
B)16 ounces of gatorade(as soon as your done with training)
then drink 2 scoops of protein shake
*5 grams of BCAA, 5 grams of L-Glutamine

11:30am 8 ounces of chicken
1 cup brown or white rice (cooked)
1 tablespoon of almond butter
3 ounces of brocholli
*2CLA, 2 fish oils, 1 vitamin C

2:00pm 8 ounces of chicken
1 cup of brown or white rice (cooked)
3 ounces of broccoli

5:30pm 8 ounces of ground turkey
1 cup of mashed sweet potato
5ounces of brocholli

7:30pm 8 ounces of ground turkey

But judging by what you said, as far as having a
Good diet and your training is on, and with your pics... Either your diet and training is off
Or you have terrible genetics.(you're 21 and 160 so maybe that's the case)

To what I spent on my diet

With all that said.. I would look more into the physique competitions

If you had nutritionists including 3J as you say build diets for you, why would you eat like this?I know he or anyone would not build a diet that looks like this. That is all messed up and not on point as you stated earlier.

You are also training WAY too many days in a row if you are in fact doing 6-7 exercise per muscle group, which is also WAY too much.

Im not gonna give any diet advice because Zeus layed something of a guidline out for you that would serve you much better than what you are doing.

I will say two things though........

First, don't even mention Jay Culter and Bostin Loyd in the same sentence ever again that's a fuckin insult to the former champ.

Second, you need to work on you self confidence before anything else!!!!!!! You are sounding like a woman with all this I want to 'I want to look like this person and that person' and 'I look like a piece of shit' You need to man up and stop givin a fuck what anyone thinks, stop feeling sorry for yourself, take control of your life and what you want to happen and where you wanna go and start being fuckin awesome. Sitting there and whining and crying about stuff isn't gonna get you anything or anywhere. You want to look a certain way? Figure out how to do it, and then go do it. Make the best out of what you've been given because if you go through your whole life wanting to look like someone else or be someone your gonna live a life of misery and die a sad lonely old man.

And don't take offence, im just keeping it real for you, take all the advice I have given you, and build something off of it.

Well you see, I have already seen myself under 10% bf when I was 130 lbs. I may have been skinny then but I was the only one with think abs that pop out so along with added muscle mass now I can see myself having a good physique. As you seen before I have quite a bit of fat on now. But compare them to NPC competitors even they are bigger then the natty pros.

Thank you for your time and effort, now see this is the only problem, I have a dick head boss that only allows one lunch break for 5 minutes. From 3-11 , you are not aloud to sit down either he makes you constantly work no break. I don't have a car and neither does my mom so I unfortunatly can't work In a factory cause it's 15 miles away, I live in a super small town less then a mile big

I grew up around drugs my whole life sad to say but that's what my family does. I can get any drug I want for cheap, I'm not taking them but this is what u got, all of it is GP 2 bottle test cyp, 200 tab dbol, 100 tab arimidex, 50 tab novadex, 50 tab clomid- $***** geneza pharmaceutical grade npt opened still packaged

If you are just scraping by to eat as it is how the hell do you propose to afford to cycle and eat as you need to while cycling? Wont happen.
Also your hpta doesnt reach peak hormonal output till around age 25, Shutting it down prior to that may very well not be prudent, at all.
Justify all you want- the answers dont change.
