woke up today feeling like shit

hey guys today i woke up feeling like shit. i took my shot yesterday everything went good. i ate the same but when i woke up today i felt like i wanted to throw up and i was hot. i dont know if it was the peanut butter and jelly sandwhich with bananas that i ate or its just that my body is shutting down bad. i am on test prop 7 weeks in. let me know you guys thoughts
 
I have days where I don't feel so hot. Fatigue from lack of sleep, lots of exercise, etc. Also I've found when you are on gear/lifting a lot you are more susceptible to common sicknesses like the flu, cold, etc. It could be any of these things....get in the habit of washing your hands like an OCD person and I hope you are taking plenty of vitamin C. :)
 
If I hit mine at night I feel like shit the next day, but in the mornings I'm fine. HCG always makes me feel like shit the next morning, no matter what I do.
 
7 weeks in is kinda late for test flu. Perhaps your CNS is struggling with the changes and youre actually sick.

Get more rest. Take a week off from training, but still take your shots and see how you feel later on.

well yesterday i was laying in bed all day and i had a fever of a 100.1 so idk what it was but this morning i felt a lot better. it prob was from working out hard everyday and my body isnt use to that and gave up on me. Cause if it was test flu i prob would have started feeling like that a little bit after my shot. i ate once yesterday so today i have to load up even tho i still feel week. I think i am goin to take off for a couple of days and still take my shots cause my body needs the rest
Seriously doubt its the gear, just a random thing.
 
I believe I read an article about Mike Mentzer who actually planned a week off mid cycle to rest his joints, recoup all his essential mnerals etc..
A couple days off ? I d consider a whole week or at least as many days as it takes you go through your whole body routine...It ussually fill s me out and , up s my strength and the intensity of missing a week drive s me...just a thought dude..
 
Noway on Earth id take an entire week off while on! Maybe two or three in a row. Sometimes two in a row happens anyways.

I totally understand wher Apex is comin from but I agree with Teutonic. Wait till you feel good and get hungry for the gym again.

Probably won't take a whole week though.

Eat good and take yer vitamins.
 
Thats what i planned on doing was taking a whole week off because i have been beasting the last 7 weeks and 2 days maybe 3 max on rest but mostly 2 so my body was prob telling me to slow it down and couldnt take it anymore even while on gear. shit i was hungry for the gym already but i know that once i fully rest and my body is recouped than i will feel a lot better and prob stronger
 
So i feel a lot better its just that i havent ate shit within the past couple of days and if i do eat something i eat once or i drink a lot through out the day.
 
its probally estrogen, there called hot flashes !! or its just test kickin in, i get that alot i actually like it, ya better take somethin to kick ya estrogen down, guys with FAST metabalisms get that usually, listen 2 ur body and friends and take 3 days off..

guys our age gotta get that rest, we take longer 2 recuperate now. i noticed if i do a 4 on 1 off, i get sore, if i go 1 on 1 off i get better results and dont get sore.
 
But that wouldn't have my stomach in a hole like I have the stomach virus would it. It seems like everytime I eat something my stomach hurts and that's sucks cause I am mid cycle.
