Would it be possible that I don't need a AI with my 125 every 3.5 day dose of test E?
I was dosing .25 liquid dex but man I felt like shit. now for 2 weeks I left out the AI & I feel great. Nips feel fine, joints don't hurt ect.
I'm 53 & starting the 3 month.
Going to do labs first of June. I am self medicating.

You need to explain more. You were taking .25 Adex each day (ED) or every other (EOD). If every day you have overdosed and have CRASHED your E2. That's is bad and you will feel like death wormed over. Even at .25 EOD you may also because your Test dose was very low, but we don't know what your Estradiol level is without labs.
Stop the \Adex and get some lab work immediately. With compete labs get a male sensitive assay for your estrogen work up. Better to get the sensitive assay, it's more accurate.
You seem to not understand what you are doing and need to educate yourself. Even with a doctors advice you need to understand what he and you are doing and what your labs mean, .... TO YOU.
Listen this is your body and you need to know, only you can provide your body with what it needs and for your own needs as to what you are doing.
Read up on Estrogen and prolactin, endocrine system, what happens with your estrogen when induced test level go up also all the sides of high and Low estrogen in men.
That's a start and so yes you may not need so much Adex but usually you will need the AI to control the E2 factor. Read and re-read and get educated before you medicate. Good luck
NOVADEX is not an AI, what are you doing. Nolva should be for your PCT in most all cases unless you are trying to reverse some Gyno etc....WTF
