hi guys , please tell me if my workout program is good (for now i use it in and off cycle)
sunday: chest 4X4 , abs.
monday: back 4X4 +( lower back 1X4 hyperextensions), forearms.
tuseday: shoulders 3X4 +trapez 1X4 , abs.
wednesday: biceps 3X3 triceps 3X3.
thursday: legs 4X4 , abs.
i want to know if this workout Maximizes my potential or i should i change it.
