I take my HGH just before bed.

There was a lot of debate on this subject and after reading one of the members here at Ology who set next to Tom Prince during the Olympia 2003 and he said this was Toms recommendation.

The topic is all over the map as far as direction on when to take hGH - but my conclusion was to take it just before bed - which was from reading this thread, along with many others.

My international order (placed before 9/5), tried to arrive yesterday, but I was in my office and not at home. So now I get to go pick it up from the Post Office in a few minutes.... I'm very excited.

Never picked up a gear order from the Post Office before tho, so also a little nervous.
