ZENTEC Pharma Test, EQ, Mast 6 month run beginning now...

here we go again...

it's gonna start today, I'll be running ZENTEC Pharma prods this time around. It will be like this;

Test E 625mg per week
EQ 900mg per week
Mast E 600mg per week
Anadrol 100mg (first 50 days)
Anavar 80mg (last 60 days)
Aromasin 12.5mg ed

diet will be the determining factor where this one takes me... currently at 235, want to get up to around 250, then shred it back down

I'll be posting my daily food intake as well as my training sessions... will probably throw the odd story in just for kicks ;)

The day started with 4 boiled eggs/piece of toast in a bowl

Had a protein shake before leaving for the gym

Arm workout;
Preacher curl machine
Hammer curls
Cambered bar curls
Concentration curls
Rope pushdowns
Close grip presses on smith machine
One arm reverse pushdowns
Cardio

Protein shake in the car after workout

Chicken curry w/ rice... The next 3 meals will be; protein shake, chicken rice, protein shake

Legs tomorrow...

protein shake an hour before the gym

leg workout:
leg extensions
ham curls
leg press
hack squat
leg extensions
seated ham curls
inner thigh machine superset w/ outer thigh machine
leg press machine
calf raises
cardio

protein shake after the workout

cashews, raisons when I got home... will be steak and salad for dinner, then cottage cheese with peaches, then another protein shake before bed

looks like chest tomorrow, but could be a rest day...

I know it's only been a few days but how is Zentec treating you?

A bit early to tell, but I'm sure the anadrol will kick in nicely after a few more days... I don't have any doubt as to the quality of the products, but time will tell, as will my diet

dealing with Zentec is smooth, no complaints
 
chest workout:
fly machine
incline dumbbell presses
flat machine presses
pec dec fly machine
incline smith machine pause presses
cardio

protein shake in the car after the workout... will eat some cashews w/ some raisons soon... ground beef concoction for dinner... cottage cheese w/ fruit, then another protein shake will finish off the day
 
Ya perfect, enjoy eating now man!! Your gonna have some crazy vascularity with Mast and EQ together. Thats gonna produce a good look.
 
First meal - 8 egg (2 yolk) omelette, 2 pc toast, cup of coffee

Will have a protein shake in about an hour, then off to the gym for back...
 
back session went like this:

wide grip pull downs
bent over barbell rows
cybex row machine
behind the neck pull downs
cardio

two burgers (no bun) w/ a sweet potato

will have a protein shake soon... then it will be chicken/rice for dinner... another protein shake... then probably some cashew w/ raisons for a snack later on

shoulders tomorrow...

Second meal was a protein shake

Not sure if I will train today, might just rest for a bit then hit the gym early evening for shoulders
 
Took the day off from the gym... but got a good day of eating in

Made some burgers, 4 big ones... ate them 2 hours apart, no bun with some spinach on the side

Will have a big shoulder day tomorrow

8 scrambled eggs w/ some potatoes

Chicken and rice later on, some snacks (cashews/raisins), then a protein shake should round out the day

Arms tomorrow
