ZENTEC Pharma Test, EQ, Mast 6 month run beginning now...

first meal this morning was... 8 scrambled eggs (2 yolks), 2 waffles, cup of coffee, orange juice

greek yogurt with some fruit... will be off to a dr's apt soon, so will be hitting the gym a bit later today

will grab a chicken sub when i'm out... more to come later on today

decided to take a day off from training... but that means more food

meal two was chicken/rice

then a protein shake

then it was 6 boiled eggs w/ a piece of toast...

will have a couple big burgers (no bun) with a salad for dinner...

protein shake will be the finisher an hour before bed... back at it tomorrow for a back workout (maybe superset with shoulders, see how it goes)

Wide grip pull downs superset w/ machine shoulder presses
Hammer strength low row superset w/ dumbbell side laterals
Behind the neck pull downs superset w/ rear delt machine

Burger/salad when I got home... Burger with sweet potato for dinner

Protein shake later on...

Arms tomorrow...

gym from 1-3pm, arm workout;
machine preacher curls superset w/ straight bar pushdowns
dumbbell hammer curls superset w/ close grip presses
machine preacher curls (one arm at a time) superset w/ rope pushdowns

protein shake at 4pm

will be chicken and rice at about 6pm... another protein shake later on

wasn't the best diet-wise the last few days, but I'm gonna get it back on track in the coming days

legs tomorrow...

Man, im up after four hours of sleep because im hungry. Id rather just sleep but I cant get back to sleep unless I eat, its ridiculous!

I have a question.... around how many grams of protein and carbs do you take daily??

Right now protein is 350-400gr per day, carbs are in the neighborhood of 500gr... when I start to lean out the only real change I make is cutting carbs down to 150gr or less, seems to work well for me

next was a protein shake... will be hitting the gym soon... looks like it's gonna be a few supersets of shoulders, then I'm gonna superset bis/tris (something different for today, should be fun)

do you have any pictures of your current progress??
I'm currently in my 13th week cycle with 500 mg of test e and 500 mg of deca per week. I feel great man..recovery time is amazing.
