the products are as good as anything out there... I'm happy with the progress I'm making only a couple months into using the line
 
hello everyone... sorry for the 2-week break on here

lots going on, getting ready for a big move, things keep slipping my mind.

Training has been going well, started eating cleaner again and the shoulder is having better days. I'll be more active on here in the near future.

Rest day tomorrow, so I'll log my meals... then it's a back session on Sunday
 
Ate like a champ on Saturday...

Started off today with a protein shake (2 scoops isolate, tablespoon of natural PB, squirt of quick, 250ml water, 250ml skim milk)

Then it was off to the gym for back:

Front pull downs
Smith bent over rows
Close grip pull downs
Lat pull overs
T-bar rows
Cardio

Protein shake (same as the morning one) when I got home

2 hours later had 4 eggs, 2 hash browns, 2 pieces rye toast

Steak and broccoli for dinner, then will be another shake later on

Tomorrow is shoulders (still taking it easy, but will get through it)
 
First meal was an 8 egg white omelette with feta and tomato, 2 hashbrowns, 2 pieces rye toast

An hour later had a shake (2 scoops isolate, tablespoon PB, 250ml water, 250ml skim milk, 2 squirts quick)

Shoulder session (very light);
Dumbell laterals
Hammer shoulder press
Rear delt machine
Standing dumbell press
Cardio

Shake when I got home (same as before)

Bbq chicken w/ noodles for dinner, then will be another shake before bed
 
^^ 49er means pics pre cycle, and pics post cycle.. Right.
Every cycle has a goal and plan and the results should be visual
 
I understand guys... I do plan on putting up some pics in a few months when I'm in pre-contest condition

Right now, sitting at 235, I have a good feeling ill be shredded sharp in my depleted state at 215-220... upper abs are visible and decent vascularity at the current time

In late April I'm gonna transition to test/tren/winny with some t3 and a little dnp (just 100mg per day) thrown in as well
 
Just curious cuz im running eq for my first time but with tren barely lile 3 or 4 weeks in i believe plus im curious about zen ive seen it somewhere else too another board
 
wanted to get an early start today so just downed a bowl of cereal and was off to the gym...

did an arm workout:

machine preacher curls superset w/ machine triceps extensions
one arm concentration curls (high cable) superset w/ one arm reverse triceps push downs
standing dumbbell curls superset w/ straight bar push downs
machine preacher curls superset w/ rope push downs (just one finisher set)

5 boiled eggs, 2 pieces rye toast when I got home

2 hours later had a protein shake (2 scoops isolate, 250ml milk, 250ml water, tablespoon pb, 2 squirts quick)

chicken breast, chicken leg and a sweet potato for dinner

will have another shake in about 2 hours... leg day tomorrow

then it was off to the gym for legs... (had a wonky knee this morning so just took it easy, but that's better than nothing I figure)

leg extensions superset w/ hamstring curls x 5 sets
leg press (single leg) x 5 sets
standing calf raises x 3 sets

protein shake when I got home (2 scoops isolate, 250ml skim milk, 250ml water, tablespoon pb, 2 squirts quick)

gonna have a couple bunless burgers in about an hour w/ some green beens

steak and green bean w/ some rice for dinner... then another shake later on

chest tomorrow, but could be an off day

machine flys
incline dumbbell presses
incline barbell presses (very light, one plate for 2 sets, couldn't bear it)
machine presses
machine flys
cardio

next meal was a protein shake... then was chicken, noodles, green beans and carrots for dinner

two hours later had another protein shake (just had it)

might have some cottage cheese with some fruit a bit later

scheduled for a back day tomorrow...
