ZENTEC Pharma Test, EQ, Mast 6 month run beginning now...

B
hello china wall. Thank you for answering my question.
do you have any pictures of your current progress??
I'm currently in my 13th week cycle with 500 mg of test e and 500 mg of deca per week. I feel great man..recovery time is amazing.
thank you for you log.

I've been living this life pretty full-on for 20+ years so I look decent ;)

Diet is the key though, can't get anywhere if you are not eating the right foods and enough of it

Are you feeling the effects of Zentec now?

Yep, the drol was good in week 2... The rest will be kicking in nicely over the next week or two as I'm only 3 weeks in

I transitioned from short esters (test prop/tren a/mast a) to long ones (test e/eq/mast e) so there was a bit of a lull in between, but I expected it... I know the next few months will be fun, they always are

Shoulder and arm workout was good... but tweaked my right shoulder a bit

Will be a day off tomorrow, then will hit legs on Friday

usual eggs and toast for breakfast today

right shoulder is not in good shape today, the rest day is well needed, hopefully I haven't done anything that's gonna linger on... have the "dead arm" feeling, like I was kicked in the shoulder by a horse

Thanks brother, might need a day or two to shake this one
Man, believe it or not, I was doing DB presses the other day and I stuck half way up, got er moving again but felt it and my elbow slide out of the joint a bit. Thought I was in for it, but she was good to go. So hopefully the same for you.

yeah, it's a bit better tonight... iced it a couple times, seemed to help a bit. It's in the back of my shoulder, have had some pain in there at times before. I think I just overtrained yesterday, too much volume trying to squeeze two days into one. After 20+ years doing this you'd think I'd learned a bit by now, but old habits die hard for sure.

tomorrow's a new day brother, I'll be at the gym doing some legs (extension, curls, leg presses, calf raises, cardio and out)... at least that's the plan

Shoulder is still annoying me today... will be getting to the gym for an evening workout (something I rarely do because of all the 165-pounders walking around doing their lat spreads)... will just be a light workout, extensions/curls and a few sets of leg presses, then a leisurely 30-min ride on the bike

I made it to the gym tonight... but the nagging shoulder was annoying at best

So I just rode the bike for 25min, then did an incline treadmill walk for 20min... hoping to feel better tomorrow to get back in the swing of things for a leg workout

this morning shoulder is still nowhere near being ready to train... had a protein shake first meal, will probably just head to the gym and do another 45min cardio session and a few sets of legs

Got through a decent leg session today;
Extensions
Ham curls
Leg presses
Standing calf raises

Protein shake when I got home... then 4 eggs/2 pieces of toast an hour later

Chicken/rice will be for dinner... then a protein shake to finish the day

full day of rest today... and had the "dr ho" on my shoulder numerous times. Feeling about 50% better, will be ready to move some weights by Tuesday for sure ;)

scrambled eggs and some oatmeal for breakfast... then was off to the gym for the first upper body session in 5 days

chest workout:
fly machine
smith machine presses
machine presses
cardio

was simple, but effective, good to the blood flowing... didn't want to push the shoulder to much, today was more of a test

protein shake when I got home... chicken and rice an hour later

will be shrimp w/ broccoli tonite for dinner, then a protein shake to end the day

back tomorrow...
