ZENTEC Pharma Test, EQ, Mast 6 month run beginning now...

when I started this one I had just came off a fairly long cutting phase, was 225 and approx. 10%bf... right now I'm 240, closer to 12%bf
 
good back workout yesterday, but I still left some in tank... not ready to push the shoulder yet

today was a scheduled shoulder day, so will take a rest day, use the dr ho a few times and eat... tomorrow will be better

oh... and it's my birthday... shit, how the F**k did I get to 41 so quick ;)
 
A great day of rest... shoulder is nearly pain free

Arms tomorrow, I'll still take it easy for the next week to be safe... smarter, not harder ;)
 
Omelette with bacon, cheese and tomato... and some cantaloupe for breakfast

Then got to the gym for arms:

Cable curls superset w/ rope push downs
Preacher machine curls superset w/ smith machine close grip presses
Hammer curls superset w/ straight bar push downs
Cardio

Chicken wrap when I got home... will have a protein shake soon

Tonight will be a turkey sub for dinner... then a shake before bed

Legs tomorrow
 
5 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of toast for breakfast

half a steamed chicken was next, put in some in a wrap

then was off to the gym for legs:

leg extensions
hamstring curls
leg presses
seated calf raises
cardio

protein smoothie when I got home... made with a bit of milk, some water, scoop and a half of vanilla isolate, half cup of frozen mangoes, pack of sweetner... so good

steak and sweet potato for dinner

protein smoothie again before bed

will be a chest workout tomorrow... still taking it easy... don't want to chance the shoulder yet
 
4 eggs, 2 pieces of toast this morning

gonna have a protein shake soon, then it will be off to the gym for a back workout... will still be toning it down a bit, gotta play it safe with the shoulder for at least one more week
 
the back session went like this...

pulldowns
hammer strength low rows
close grip pulldowns
bent over rows
pull overs

treated myself to a double burger after the workout... will be having a protein shake in about an hour

dinner will be a ground beef meal with some rice...then a protein shake again before bed

scheduled shoulder day tomorrow, so it will be a rest day... then back at it for arms on wednesday

diet was all over the place today, really gotta get that sorted out going forward (I'm sure I'll figure it out, a few days won't kill me)

missed a couple days on here...had a good leg day on Thursday, then was a rest day Friday (the shoulder needed it)

today was a chest workout:

fly machine
incline dumbbell presses
machine presses
fly machine
smith machine incline presses
cardio

diet was decent... found a great refreshing protein drink, Protein Ice 42, goes down so good after training

shoulder is bothering me tonight, will have to see how I feel tomorrow... if ok it will be a back workout, if not it will be on Monday

front wide grip pull downs
hammer strength low rows
cable pull overs
close grip pull downs
cardio

protein shake... will have another protein shake (probably more of a thick smoothie that I'll eat with a spoon) in a couple hours

roast beef for dinner with potatoes and veggies

had a decent arm day today... feeling full after the rest day and plenty of carbs over the last few days ;)

arm session:

preacher machine curls superset w/ rope push downs
alternate dumbbell curls superset w/ close grip presses
high cable concentration curls superset w/ reverse cable push downs
cardio

weight is hovering around 238ish
 
oatmeal and scrambled eggs this morning

second meal was bbq chicken breast cut up in a bowl with strawberries

then it was off to the gym for legs... at least that's what I thought I was gonna do

here's what I did:

leg extensions superset w/ fly machine
hammer strength hamstring curls superset w/ machine chest presses
leg presses superset w/ incline dumbbell presses
old school leg extension machine superset w/ other fly machine

bbq chicken cut up in a bowl with strawberries again

Chinese food for dinner... for Chinese New Year of course ;)

back tomorrow, might even get some deads going as it's been a while
 
Brother hows the shoulder now. Still bothering you?! I missed a week on here I was out of the country so just checking in!

Took my shoulder day off the last 3 weeks, it's loads better now. Today I did my back session then did a few sets of light shoulders (shrugs, rear delts, 15lb dumbell laterals). I'm gonna ease back into them, but I'm sure it will only get better after a few weeks.

reverse one arm cable push downs
v-bar pushdowns
machine preacher curls
dumbbell hammer curls

been eating like food is going out of style... I'm thinking the eq might have a bit to do with that ;)
 
pushed the legs nice today:

leg extensions superset w/ hammer strength hamstring curls
leg presses (about 10 sets)
seated calf raises
cardio

got in plenty of food today... eggs, chicken, and more chicken as the protein... and about everything else edible that was in the house ended up in my stomach ;)
