Zinc isn't an anti-estrogen.

It's good post-cycle because it helps the body produce testosterone naturally. That's why you see people use ZMA during and post-cycle.

Yes, zinc is not an anti-e at all. Nothing to do with clomid, nolva and company.
But there are studies showing an enhanced endo testosterone production assuming ZMA (zinc, magnesium, group B vitamins).
In my experience ZMA is a good supplement, but don't think it could be your post cycle therapy (pct), bro.
 
ZMA is the only way to take zinc and it be effective. Even then it is not to be thought of as a HPTA recovery agent.
