Yes, zinc is not an anti-e at all. Nothing to do with clomid, nolva and company.
But there are studies showing an enhanced endo testosterone production assuming ZMA (zinc, magnesium, group B vitamins).
In my experience ZMA is a good supplement, but don't think it could be your post cycle therapy (pct), bro.
Zinc deficiency can lower tetosterone & GH/IGF-1 so you should make sure that your daily intake is sufficient...
If you're getting enough Zn from your diet, supplementation with Zn will not increase your test.
And 150 mg is too much and can increase the risk of prostate cancer.
You don't need > 30 mg ED.
