    I picked up a bunch of free samples of Muscle Tech bars at the Olympia, I can't eat them anymore. I like the new MetRX bars that came out. Come in a red package. EAS makes some good ones too. Chocolate Chip Cookie Doh for me....

    They are falling by the wayside. I just bought 3 bottles of Diet Fuel from Twin labs. I used to use the Hydroxycut, but its all dried up now too. GNC won't carry it (even if I felt like getting ripped off).

    protein-rich snacks

    I noticed some new dry packed tuna in the foil pouches, no water. Comes in flavors too, hickory smoked, lemmon pepper, and more. Its good, easy to take along. All you need is a plastic spoon. I eat three a day and it beats plain tuna.

    I will try both the wide stance and hacks, I am not doing either at the moment. The real problem for me is that inner section, it's just no tightening up in proportion to the rest of my legs.

    How do you know when to take time off??

    Listen to your body. If it hurts or just isn't putting out, you probably need a good rest period. Other things that help me is changing the routine around. I do this once a month. This month I am trying double split workouts. I may hit the gym at 4:30 for an hour of Hamstrings then go back...
