    Brown Rice with Peanut Butter?

I've never understood the fascination with seperating macros from your diet year round (I do like to do it when its warranted) and why so many people are concerned with even just a little bit of fat with your protein and carbs. Were not talking about a double cheeseburger from mcdonalds. 8 oz...

    RJ recap over the years

Bumping the thread? There's less than a handful of posts on the front page of this forum older than march. So who gives a shit. Obviously this place isn't much different than when I left a bunch of power hungry mods with nothing else to do.

    RJ recap over the years

RJ hated the Winstrol (winny) because he was scared his vagina was going to get big and hairy. As for the ass clown talking about expecting more? He's 5'9 and I think he weighed in at 235 with razor thin skin and won the SHW division in the state of Georgia. What more do you want? If he wanted...

Post-workout ... Shake then eat? Or eat then shake? Difference?

The old thinking or more or less what was "feed" to the public by supplement companies / magazines was to hit a shake up right after working out to take advantage of the postworkout window. First thing is throw the idea of "postworkout" window out of your vocabulary. Its the lamest term used in...

    Off-season diet

Meal size is more or less dependant on total kcal intake. As for getting up in the middle of the night I wouldn't suggest it.

food is the greatest anabolic in your arsenal

While I don't always agree with him and his training I won't say I haven't used some of his ideas on food, some of the best info was posted over on the intensemuscle roundtable / moderator forum behind public eyes. If I would have only been wise enough at the time to copy those discussions with...

what a real breakfast looks like

Look your preaching to the choir on this- I used to go down to the local butcher and buy WHOLE boneless ribeye roasts and cook them and slice it off throughout the day- Along with pounding down potatoes and rice. There were nights I could not sleep and just laid in bed because I was so stuffed...

what a real breakfast looks like

My wife is the same with Egg Sandwhiches- She is working off the baby weight right now and I keep telling her at some point she can't eat those every meal :bash:

what a real breakfast looks like

Yeah not doubting the total kcals- Just wanted to point out that meal will keep someone feeling "fuller" longer, which for people having a hard time putting on size is counter productive. I will give the Yerba a try-

Ever thought about using Coconut Oil instead? Might give it a try

what a real breakfast looks like

Looks tasty do doubt, however if there are individuals having trouble growing. Adding in a lot of extras like brocolli, tomato, and mushrooms lacks very little kcals and is high on satiety. This is a great overall meal and very healthy and high in nutrtion! If your trying to grow, I would ditch...

    first cycle diet help

I wouldn't get to caught up in the endo / ecto / meso crap Usually the individuals who have trouble putting on weight are 1 of 2 things - Lazy and don't workout hard and go through the motions and don't eat. Maybe 5% of the population is people I look at and go wow no matter what you are never...

    first cycle diet help

Oh i'll agree with the idea that at some point the body will not naturally hold more muscle. Where is that for each individual and even then how many people ever actually naturally achieve that genetic limit? Very few At some point someone is going to have to use drugs to break past that point...

    first cycle diet help

I'll disagree- Gear should be used sparingly in Gaining muscle and maximized while losing fat- Steroids are an anti-catabolic. Gaining muscle is easy to do without them.
