Which is better at preventing testicular atrophy

From what I understand clomid can help prevent testicular atrophy bc it's a SERM which acts on the HPTA through a negative feedback loop. When you're on an AAS cycle like testosterone, the body senses the excess test levels and tried to compensate and maintain homeostasis by aromatizing excess...

    not shut down

Nolva does have an effect on the HPTA. Not sure if that's the reason but have you gotten blood work done to verify you're really not shutdown? Libido and strength aren't accurate indicators. Also not sure if you're aware of it but nolva and Adex have a drug interaction when taken together...

Anyone know how to get precise test results from bloodwork as opposed to ">1500"?

I think he's referring to the other thread on here about someone dosing at 500mg/wk and only getting 1400 test levels. If you want to really know how good it's dosed >1500 won't be as accurate as the exact number. I agree though the other values are just as important.

No you're absolutely right. I worded that wrong and part of it is conjecture on my part. Natural production does fall off durin the day but he's on exogenous use so I'm trying to think if even with exogenous use would the test levels fall off durin the day somewhat as they do with endogenous...

    Pinnacle blood work results

No I'm not saying a protein shake alone would decrease test levels that much but it could be a small mitigating factor. I understand not wanting to do another test, I wouldn't want to either unless I had to. I really don't know whether its just underdosed/bad batch or a bunch of minor factors...

    Pinnacle blood work results

Did you do bloods before cycle? If so what time of day was it? Did you do intense work or exercise beforehand? By 12-1pm your levels shouldn't have fallen that much since you should probably be in the 3500+ area at least with 500mg/wk. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doses of 150mg/wk...

    Pinnacle blood work results

Fasting itself is not what lowers serum test but there is evidence that sugar and insulin can lower testosterone levels significantly. Another thing to mention is what time of the day did you take your test? Natural production is at its peak during the morning and can call off by more than 25%...

endocrinologist said I'm going to die of organ failure after my tren blood results

I was able to donate, they said they wanted me to do the machine (if I consented of course) bc it gave twice the volume of blood or RBCs(my memory is foggy maybe I'm wrong I know the took 400mL), I never had a problem with needles (it took longer than a normal blood donation, and I had O type...
