    i take no more than one minute inbetween all my sets. by the time im done with my workout im wiped out, and dripping sweat while everyone else is lifting and watching the game or sipping on their shakes.

    dude you cant get overtraining in one muscle. you have just worked it out too much. overtraining affects your cns, mental health, and physical health. its more than just a sore muscle.

    Week off weights return better

    I think 3 days is my best rest, after that I start feeling like a bum. Your ON right now, so even 2 days of full rest might let you recover, but 3 days usually clears me up.

    the way i see it, whats the point in having muscles and looking big, if you cant back it up with some serious speed? you dont necessarily have to run long distance, sprints will help you build muscle and keep your bulks lean.
