I am a TRT patient for 3 years, age 43. Parents have high cholesterol and HTN. Just had my yearly lab work done and for the second year in a row total cholesterol is 200 and LDL is 160. Triglycerides are fine. I have been trying to eat healthier in recent months and started exercising again. I...
this sounds familiar to me. i've felt the same way the past couple years. constantly focusing on making sure there's enough protein, what meal number is this, what sort of workout am i supposed to do today..... i just don't care about all that anymore either. your approach may not be ultra rigid...
I would break up your dose in half and give one half every 3.5 days. Will even out your hormone levels and should take care of most of these negative effects u are experiencing. I do them subcutaneosly with 25 gauge. It's painless.
I did pellets at the start. Had to drive an hour to doctor office. Was sore a few days. Could feel them bounce if I did jumping jacks or running. Take 2-3 weeks to kick in. Didnt keep me therapeutic more than 8 total weeks. Insurance would only cover once every three months. They're crazy...
Yeah using a 22 long term is no good. I use 25 gauge 5/8 inch needle and inject subcutaneously into belly fat. Completely painless. Have no issues at all.

I'm a healthcare professional. No self phlebotomies. That's crazy. No hcg no nothin. Just 60mg twice weekly. My peak must be 1400 plus. Two days later I'm still over 1100.
Jacob you're a bit dramatic. My total test is 1100 Two days after injection. Injections are every 3.5 days. That's pretty high. Does it make me feel like 500mg test a week? No. But I feel alert, sharp at work, no erectile dysfunction, fine libido. I don't want my total T higher than that because...
I've been on TRT for more than six months now. My current dose is my beginning dose, 120mg test cyp a week. It is doing me well. I feel fine. My Dr has been doing blood work every 6-8 weeks. If he backs off on frequency of labs at my next visit I may use NPP for a few weeks.
Here's something...
