He's not taking anything else, he's not doing anything right to tell you the truth. He's a real small guy and always been lean as hell. Now 1 week in he's lookin a little pudgy.
OK bout the same comment as last time except WT is 202. Good strength and size gains. I had low expectations when I started, which makes the gains ive made that much better and I owe it all to you guys. Thanks alot!
I agree your legs should be atleast 1.5x stronger than your upper body. I've also heard doing leg exercises raises your test level a little. Not for sure if thats true or not though.

I take 40 grams of whey with 12oz of Grape Juice with some glutamine. 2 hours later some kind of lean meat with some rice and another serving of glutamine.
