Problem with using inhaler is you will burn through it so fast....I just get the 8mg tabs....I never felt like I got the sam results with Albuterol.

Thanks. I am hangin out at 265, 6'1. I got up to 285, but I didnt feel comfortable at that weight. I have to work 90 hour work weeks, just didnt feel good at that weight....260-270 feels just right :-)

Still Training Hard

I found that doing heavy back and shoulders w/out straps worked the best for me. Now I am able to hangon to about 465....anything heavier I still strap up for.
