    T3 100mcg orals

Clen isn't necessary with T3. T3 is very powerful. I would use post cycle therapy (pct) and a few weeks after to maintain what you have just gained in your most recent cycle. Why would you want to go 'catabolic' as soon as you are done post cycle therapy (pct)? Just because post cycle therapy...

    T3 100mcg orals

With a good diet, one can get away with using 50 to 75mcg with good results.

    Perpetual (year round) cycle

This is ridiculous. You should have seen and endocrinologist or your gp at the least and had blood work. Doesn't sound worth it to me.

Tren Ace/ Test E. Did i fuck up? (help)

Personally I would, skip one injection, then drop the Tren to 25mg e2d for one week and see how you feel. If all is well bump up the dose. The acetate will leave your system fairly quickly, so a lower dose for a week, may help alleviate any sides from the sudden increase in Tren.

Post cycle therapy (pct) 1 vs post cycle therapy (pct) 2

If the gear is properly dosed I always have to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), I'm super sensitive and my body converts to estrogen like mad, so regardless how I come off I always have to taper my AI.

Canadians where do you get blood work

I just get the referral, then go to life labs.

    diuretics

You shouldn't be holding an excess water. If you wanted to look a little more 'cut', you could follow one of many precontest routines to help dry you out, but this effect is only temporary.

    diuretics

No, I wouldn't recomend diuretics. Kept your carbs low, drink lots of fluid and monitor your sodium intake. If your kidneys are functioning, you should hold water. And a true 6% bf is really low.

Igf-1 is better is indicator of good gh, as gh cause Igf-1 to be released by pancrease.

    T3 experience (pre contest)

75mcg is high enough. During offseason I go 50, and precontest up to 100. I've also stayed on for up to 4 months at a time. But I truely believe in tapering, even if you are down to 6.25mcg/day.

    T3 experience (pre contest)

I've used t3 multiple times over the past 4 years. While on my T4 and TSH is almost non-existent. I taper off very slowly, and have had bloodwork done 4 to 6 weeks after and all is good. Less is more with t3.

    Equipoise Myths!

I like to use eq when stacked with another compound other than test. But 500 Test and 400 EQ has worked well for me in the past. I also can get bold cyp, which most can get, and I like the shorter ester.

    Why is water so important?

Water is also necessary for the production of ATP, and basically everything else in the body. You shouldn't have to piss every 15min, but you should be well hydrated and never dehydrated. Regardless your body is really efficient at keeping homeostasis, so monitor your water intake, but don't...

    I need advise.

Ya, you definately have an idea of where you want to be and how to get there. Personally, I would either start the T3 at the lowest dose that is effective for you and go from there. Or wait four weeks and run it straight for your last 8. I've had no issue recovering from T3 even after being on...

    I need advise.

Sounds like you have a plan, which is great! Competing is always about knowing yourself and what works best for you, and adjusting as needed. It would be my advice to re-evaluate after this competition, and see what modifications to diet, training and cardio are necessary, so you don't have to...
