10 week test cycle

ezred 31 jean is dam good weighing in at 230! im at end of week 4 and havent felt that kick that everyone talks about ether I dont think its real. I think you just get gains and by the 4th week your bigger then when you started. But sounds like your doing dam good!

i think i'm starting to feel the test by the way. hard to explain, but these past few days and gym sessions especially have been quite a bit different.

my weight blew up crazy fast at first it has been slower recently, i've added a tiny bit of bf but i actually look tighter and harder, which is interesting...but both the calipers and the machine showed the same increease although the base numbers are different with each.

i have no expectations as far as keeping or losing this weight. I don't think I've yet gone past my natural barrier so hopefully i can get my test levels back up as soon as possible so i can hang on to the gains but we'll see.
 
arent you taking nolva and proviron for your gyno? if so whoever told you to do that has given you terrible advice. When i said get your estrogen in check, the only thing that will do that is an AI.
 
no you did it right by jumping on the nolva temporarily, glad to see you got an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Just making sure.
 
That is interesting ezred. Im thinking that food is the main key with test, be4 when I would eat a ton I would Just get fatter. Now on test when I over eat I get HARDER and stronger. Its hard to get use to because all the years lifting my mind was trained to watch what I eat or ill get fat. Just wanted to note that my strength today was UNREAL. got 315 for 5 reps on the bench press. I didnt think that i was going to be very strong because I missed a bunch of days in the gym, BUT my diet while ive been out of the gym has been crazy Ive ate everything in sight and not got fat like norm just strong as hell. Its crazy and still look hard, guys at the gym are really starting to take note now and people are telling me that im getting huge its the best feeling in the world! I dont know if I can ever stop the juice now. Starting to think about my next cycle and if anyone has any Suggestions I would love to hear them. Remember... I am Sensitive to gyno it stated on me only in the front of week 3 of test.. thanks

Totally agree... this is exactly what I've been noticing with my cycle. the when i've eaten TOTALLY clean vs throwing in some "garbage" like quarter pounders or whoppers and the like, I haven't noticed much change in my body composition. Either way I am hard as hell and the fullness just keeps improving. lol my wife started calling me the terminator when she talks with her friends.

and my strength has been thru the roof recently as well. i was progressing slowly... i had 2 weeks that i couldn't make it to the usual gym that i train at so i was training down in my home gym.

i've got a squat rack, bench press that converts flat/incline with a built in fly attachment and leg curls/extensions attachment, a mutli "home gym" with several things, including pull downs and a high/low cable setup.

i had a total of 150kg of weights and have passed that for my flat bench on sets of 4-6 so i have some extra plates on order should be here in the next couple of days.

i'm stoked!
 
Hell yeah guys eat and eat and eat!!!!! No fat it burns it right up!! Slowjam Id say a low test with deca. Maybe tren, naww deca.
 
slowjam, I know why you would think that, the info is all over the internet saying that it will happen. It has also been shown to happen on little lab rat balls, but not once has it ever been shown to happen on humans and Dr's prescribe 5,000 iu shots at a time for 12-18 month periods.

leydig cell desensitization is a giant internet myth, unless single doses go over 5,000 iu's.

You dont have to worry, like i said its a myth, the studies you are looking at were not done on humans. All animal studies are good for is to see if something is worth studying on humans.

good thread, interesting to follow. you are looking good and the gains are noeworthy. My 2 cents - i'd try to get another vial and run it for 12-14 weeks. IMO weeks8+ are the best for gains. then do clomid and nolva for the post cycle therapy (pct). I'm in agreement about using the HCG during cycle to keep your balls from shrinking and not during post cycle therapy (pct), but it's up to you. If your acne is still acting up - you might want to look into Hibeclens as a soap for your oily skin. it's a surgical soap and totally dries out the oil and prevents some infections (Whiteheads) I use it with a brush on my upper back and arms and with a loofa on my face - seems to help a lot.

Great advice about the diet - hope you are getting in a casein shake at night so you have nutrients while you sleep. keep a little cardio going too and it will minimize any fat gains. BTW what Aromatase inhibitor (AI) did you get?

Great advice lean!! And its funny you say that because 2 days ago I got another vial lol I got Arimidex (Anastrozole) for my Aromatase inhibitor (AI). It blew my mind gyno started so hard on my nips end of week 2 first of week 3. I was hoping to be one of those guys that could do a gram a week and be fine but nope, my nips got so dam hard and painful no fun at all. Thats good to hear about more gains after week 8. That gives me more to look forward to for sure! I already have people watching me in the gym I cant Imagine what it will be like after week 8!!! Mind blowin! I dont know if im going to be able to cycle off. I want to keep all gains!. lol

good plan man! Glad that you are going a little longer. Those later gains will stick with you better than the short term ones from the first few weeks. Just keep the diet clean and eat big. try to avoid too much sodium too and you wont gain that much water. my nips were like that too on the first cycle - i never had hard cold weather nipps before and it freaked me out, but now they are normal just sensitive now and again.
