14 days shouldn't be 14lbs

sorry man, but still makes no sense. if you were fat, then your diet was shitty. Then you dropped too much weight too fast the wrong way, which means your diet was shitty.

i understand your thought process with doing gear, but until you get your diet straight (that diet you posted is no 'bulking' diet btw), you will continue to look like shit. Gear is not the answer.

And unless you are 5'2", you are not a large dude at 170lbs.


This is a good point. The current diet looks good but the calories look pretty low to me for bulking. I would be dropping weight like a madman with that many calories.

Elevated Prolactin levels are DIRECTLY linked to BLOATING!!!!!!
Tren Enanthate has a much higher chance than Acetate to cause these higher levels of prolactin because of the esterification!!!

My suggestion to you is that your Prami or Caber or Letro you are using might be BUNK but I assure you there is nothing bunk about your Tren LOL....

Bring your Prolactin levels down and your bloat will disappear!!!
Go get bloods done.... Your prolactin will be high!!! Watch!!!
 
This is off of another board as well. I'll dig up as many articles about Prolactin and bloating as you want all day. There are hundreds to choose from.

Also I wanted to say that it worked well for me. I was on a cycle and was having low sex drive and was very tired. Keep in mind that steroids (test)can lower T-3 and inturn raise prolaction so in my case it worked very well. Is your sex drive low also ??

well im running test so sex drive is up. However I am holding water and feeling dog tired all day. Arimidex has not helped with the bloat so it rules out estro sides. I am running GH too which i figure combined with deca is causing high prolactin levels.

Even on test I have experienced low sex drive ( due to prolactin) thats why I asked. Sounds like it could be a prolactin issue since your running a 19 nor . I would try the caber as it just might do the trick for ya.

yes i have boticed my nips are rubbing on clothing more and becoming more sensitive. I just hope the caber arrives before i start lactating!!

Here is another one on another board. It is not uncommon at all for tren to cause bloat if you are prone to prolactin elevation!!!

Research is key!!! You can always figure out the problem!!!

2 years ago i ran a tren-only(i know this is wrong), i also noticed some bloating (while i was cutting).....and if i remember corretly i read also somewhere else that the raise in prolactin can cause this...maybe someone with more knowledge about this subject can confirm this?!
The bloat wasnt as bad as a test/deca/dbol cycle, but it was a noticible...

How your contest go? Ill assume good:)..

Thanks for the reply Fred. Im going to start the tren up again at just 50mg Ed and see how things go. Its acetate, so if its bothering me at all, Ill cut it out. Im also using test prop at 100mg Ed and Winstrol at 100 mg ED. Im probably going to add Masteron too.

The contest was a local "tune up" show for me. I took 2nd in masters and 3rd in Lt Hvy Open. One judge had me at 1st and 1st and that's where I thought I should have been. I blew the masters guy away in EVERY category. I was shocked they put me in 2nd. Then I heard he had won that masters show 3 times previously and was the home town favorite. I wont do that contest again.

I know I had to be very careful about my sodium intake because of bloating. Im definately not a diet expert but It looks to me like you definately need more carbs post workout for bulking. When you eat a lot of carbs post workout it sets off a cascade of hormone changes that favors the rebuilding of muscle mass. This includes a rise in insulin which not only forces protien into the muscles but helps stabilize testosterone levels. The to most important times of the day for LBM building is when you get up and your body is depleated from sleeping and post workout. Post workout try something like 8oz of turkey breast 2/3 cup of cooked rice and 1 whole grain bagel per your macros 1096/4/177/78. Seriously take a look at your sodium intake though... Hope this helps!

Of 2800 this me now starting my bulk 500cal over.

I will get bloods done pretty soon but will try to rectify first. Started adex yesterday and took my prami from .25 to .50 last night. Weight is still kinda idol this morning sitting at 184.6

I will also add I have no different body feelings today then before cycle started ,,

I planed getting bloods drawn week 5 anyways I kinda don't see to much a point yet .
Per say I do have high prolactin, to treat it I would be doing the same thing I am doing right now by taking my .5 prami Dailey but if I wait a few I can watch for more signs and bloods will tell me if my prami is even doing its job..
 
yes its unusual BUT there are a number of reasons to get that big that fast .

prolactin from the tren

estrogen from the test

you may be one of those blessed with a extra androgen receptors or worse one of those who develops prolactin easily.

rebound weight gain

last and definately NOT least , you are reaping the rewards of working with 3J on your diet

my guess after DECADES in this game is you have some combination of the above.

UNLESS your look so bloated they think your the michelin man or the bloat is giving you high blood pressure [ GET THIS CHECKED , ITS IMPORTANT ] i would be doing cart wheels instead of worrying about it lol.

as info , the lab rats ive seen on pinnacle tren did not excessivly bloat and gave the typical sides and gains associated with tren eth.

I honestly don't feel to bloated but I feel a little more jiggly in the mid section. My friends said I look the same and I'm just insane

I have been reading more up on prolactin sides and they seem pretty to notice so I'll keep a close eye on breast swelling and sensitivity as well

Another part of this could be I dropped cardio with I started bulking. I was doing 5 hours a week now nothing. I figured id be fine, I guess it's back to cardio

Had my blood pressure, halter moniter and stress test done like 2 weeks ago all perfectly health and normal

double check your bp , if your bloated bad it will be high imo. if not ENJOY the ride .

before you change cardio or diet check with 3 J imo.

i just had 3J review my before start and right now pics to see if there was anything visual wrong with me like bloating. he said i looked leaner and not to worry.. so i am now breathing a lot easier.. and despite my own negative thought process, my gym friends have been making alot of positive comments..

moral of the story, i think i just gained alot of real weight with a little water

Bro, just keep hitting your pins, pumping the iron, and eating properly. Give this gear the OPEN MIND it needs to take charge of your diet, lifting, and body.... You will see!!! Just keep your mind positive and don't think about it and just do it!!!! You will be amazed by week 8 to 10!!!! Promise!!!
