I've just gotten my first year of bodybuilding under my belt and am excited to continue but I know this is something I'll have to look into as I progress. Currently I'm taking all your basic supplements protein powder, creatine, amino acids and per workout. In the gym six days a week and trying to run outside everyday while cutting. Clen and Tren have pecked my interest but I'm wondering what a more advanced user or bodybuilder has to say about where I am and what I should start looking into.
I've never used steroids or anything like that before and I'm also working on trying to make a diet to get the maximum gains although my diet isn't complete or written down more watching what I'm eating and trying to make the right choices on what I eat throughout the day.
