1st Cycle: Test E (500/wk)

Saturday, June 18th

Today i did shoulders and am going to wait to do legs and traps tomorrow, Sunday. Here was my routine:

Shoulders:
Military Press (Smith mac): 185x8, 190x8,6
Side raises: 35x8x3, 40x8
Front raises: 25x6x4 supersetted with 45lb plate x10x4
Back shoulder pulls: 50x12, 60x6,6,7

It's almost been a week on test and overall ive only noticed good pumps in the gym. I do feel a little bigger but it's prob nothing..obviously. My left quad still feels like a bruise where i pinned, hopefully it won't interfere too bad on legs tomorrow.

My diet has not been on par the last 2 days. everything ive been eating is lean, but i missed 2 meals out of the 7 meals both days. But i just grilled a ton of chicken so im good to go now. I know diet is key.

My weight today was at 176.5, just like on Thursday. Tomorrow i will hit legs hard and then monday begin week 2! Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is being saved for weeks 3-12. Aromasin 12.5mg ED.

you sure about the pop can safe? If you are living at home I would imagine it would be easy for someone to take it and attempt to drink it lol.

You sound like you have done a lot of research pre cycle, any sites you can recommend? I mean I have the basic's down but it seems when you are trying to piece a bunch of information together you might miss something.

The safe idea is risky, but my fam doesnt drink soda so it might not be a problem.idk..

And as far as putting all the info together, i bascially just sat and read thru this same forum, and a few other AAS forums. If you have questions, just google them (typing "steroid forum" after each subject) and you should find alot of good information.
 
Here's a sample of my diet: (i did have the MACROS listed, but they got deleted:wallbash:

Meal 1: 9:00am
3 egg whites + 1 whole egg
1 cup of oatmeal
2 pieces of toast
12 oz. skim milk

Meal 2: 11:30am
5 oz. chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup blueberries

Meal 3: PWO: 1:30
44g Syntha-6 Whey/Caesin Protein
1 Whole Wheat bagel

Meal 4: 2:30
5 oz. chicken breast
1 sweet potato
12 oz. skim milk

Meal 5: 5:30: Dinner (varies)
some sort of meat/beef
veggies
bread

Meal 6: 8
6 oz. fish
whole wheat bagel w PB
1 banana

Meal 7: 10:30
30g Syntha-6 Whey/Caesin Protein

This diet added up to about 4,200 cals (300+ grams protein)
 
I'm not sure how much carbs a bagel but a PWO meal needs alot of carbs. I usually aim 1/3rd of my total carb intake over the day.
 
Sunday, June 19th

Today i did legs/traps:

Legs:
-Squats: 315x8,6,6 225x10
-Leg Curls: 110x8x3
super-setted w
-Leg Extensions: 195x10x3
-Calf Raises mac: 215x12x3

Traps:
-Barbell shrugs: 275x8x3, 225x10
-DB shrugs: 70x10x4

gains/sides
After today i will be done with week 1 of my 12 week cycle. I have not experienced any sides yet. In order to try and prevent some sides, i am running 12.5mg Aromasin ED, and i have several Neutrogena acne body/face products im using.

I feel like i look broader and thicker throughout my chest, and my tricep seems a little fuller. My strength is about what it normally would be, although ive been having better pumps in the gym.

My weight today was 177.

Tomorrow i will do my 3rd pin on my right quad...It's weird bc my left leg still feels like a small bruise from my pin on thursday, but its slowly getting better. Im hitting chest tomorrow, doing some DB presses to change it up from barbell. i'll check back in tomorrow afternoon.
 
Monday, June 20th: Part 1

I just did my third pin this morning, and i must be retarded. I drew up the test fine with a 20G 1.5". then i took the syrinnge and needle with an alcohol swab to my bed to pin my right quad. Pop the cap off and push the needle in, but it was weird cause it had a harder time going in this time around. But after forcing it thru i looked over on the table and my 25G 1" is still sitting there in the wrapper! i freakin pinned with a 20G that bumped around in the amp getting the oil out! it was dull as hell.

Is this a problem? or just a stupid mistake?

my leg is probably going to be a lot more sore in the next day or two:
1. pinned with a 20G
2. the oil injected in like 10/15 seconds


ughhhhhhhhh, oh well..im doing chest today at noon so at least i have that to look forward to.
 
Monday, June 20th Part 2

So far my right quad isnt hurting too bad from my bad pin this morning. My legs in general are really sore from legs yesterday, so its probably a combination of the two.

Today i did chest:
I had a great pump in the gym today and hit some weight i never had/tried before!

DB Flat bench press: 95x11, 100x9, 105x4, 100x6 (i couldnt believe i got 100's 9 times)
DB incline bench press: 85x6x4 (normally i get 95x6 on incline but i was tired from flat bench)
(light) High cable flys: 50x10, 60x8, 65x8x2
Low cable flys: 40x10, 45x8x2

I'm not sure if i'll do DB or barbell next week for chest...we'll see.

My weight today was 178.
Not sure if it's water weight fluctuating, but i definitely feel bigger.

Tomorrow i'm doing back. I'll try to hit deadlifts but my hamstrings are pretty sore.
 
Tuesday, June 21st

I did back today and had a huge pump throughout my workout.

Deadlifts: 315x8,8,6
Wide Lat pulldown: 195x8x4
Wide Bar Cable Rows: 180x8x4
Wide Grip pullups (bodyweight): 10,10,8,6
Reverse machine pulldowns: 180x8, 200x8,8

Sides/Gains
It's been 9 days since my first injection. So far i have not experienced any sides.
I have had better pumps in the gym than usual and have lifted more weight than i have before, (not sure if this is from AAS yet, or just normal weight increases). I feel like i looker fuller also.

Tomorrow i am off from the gym, but the next few days will look like this (for those that are following my log, if any lol).

Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Bi's/Tri's
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Off

My diet had been solid every day btw.

Hey Brahma, most people including me advise to stick w a simple Test cycle for your first one...to see how your body reacts to the single compound. Test alone seems to provide a good amount of results for alot of people.
 
quick question how often do u insert Test and whats Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Aromasin
 
Wednesday, June 22nd

Today i was off from the gym. I've been following my strict diet really well, getting 4000+ lean calories.
I feel like my appetite has increased alot, after an hour or two i am already hungry for my next meal. Although, i have to force my food down (chicken and fish everyday gets old real quick).

I havent check my weight today, but i weighed 178 on monday.

I am hitting bi's and tri's tomorrow and do my 4th pin tomorrow morning!
 
Thursday, June 23rd

I did my 4th pin this morning in my left quad and all went well! This time i made sure i used the 25G instead of the 20G like last week! After being pumped from the easy pin, i hit the gym.

Arms: Bi's
Barbell curls: 100x8x4
(supersetted w)
light DB curls: 25x8x4
Sitting hammer curls: 40x8x4
Cable concentration curls: 40x10, 45x8x2

Tri's
Rope Pulldowns: 120x8x4
Straight bar pulldowns: 160x10, 165x8x3
DB skull-crushers (overhead): 70x8x2, 75x8

My strength in the gym seemed more-so than usual. Ive never done 75x8 on skull-crushers, and most the the lifts seemed a little easier (even though they were tough).

My upper body is looking broader and thicker. And my weight today is at 179.5! On June 14th my weight was fluctuating around 174-175. So im up 5 lbs!

I'm almost at the 180 mark. My diet has been solid everyday which has helped my weight increase.

I havent noticed any sides yet which is good. Tomorrow im doing shoulders, ill post process in the afternoon.

Gym: Shoulders
DB Military Press: 90x9x2 (during the lift i was arching my back too much so i switched to a straighter bench and did light weight focusing on form) 55x10x2
Lateral Raises: 35x8x4 (focusing on form)
Front Raises (thumbs down): 25x8x4
Reverse PecDec: 120x10, 125x10x2

I didn't go too heavy on shoulders today, but felt like they got a really good workout and pump.
My weight was at 179 today.

Ive noticed two small acne breakouts on my face which im treating w prescription products (hoping theyll reside.)
In high school i had mild acne on my face which i treated w Accutane. After 3 months my face totally cleared up which was awesome...im hoping during my cycle that it wont be too bad :ugh:

So far i have not had any bloat/gyno whatsoever! its only 2 weeks though lol

Tomorrow im hitting legs, probably do squats, lunges, calf raises, extensions and curls.
