nice lift buddy....how much weight is that i see 5 plates on each side plus a 25 am i right?


Do you use a weight belt?

I pull racks about 2 inches below the knee.

is the bar at ur knee?
 
thought i had 35's on the last time....565lbs then i added 5's to ea. side too so 575 was the last one
yes...those were knee level

Im not PB but you could pull fromt the floor or blocks every other week and when you dont do those pulls you could work the rack

im not a good puller but i can say that rack work really didnt do much for me since you are never in "that" position hwne pulling..to me it feels very awkward and for the most part i dont have a problem locking out weights its mostly in the initial pull..

I felt i got a lot more from goodmornngs of all sorts

Actually, i'm just a tad over 6ft 3inches.
As far as my deads going up, if i build up my legs more i think i'd have it. :D
