20min soccer game

i have a 20min soccer game for 2 days ,,i.e 20 min each day ,,i am a hard gainer and currently bulking ,,,will it be any catabolic cause i am so worried besides i am fasting for religious reasons ,,or is it ok ,,,peace

Eat plenty of food and the soccer won't be a problem. Maybe even have a protein shake afterwards.
 
...even when bulking, cardio is generally good. Cardio allows you to eat even more without gaining too much fat.
 
I would worry more about fasting than anything else. Since you are going to do it anyway, just live with it. You will see what happens, and then you can adjust your training/diet later to try and make up for it.
 
i cant eat directly afterwards because i am fasting for religious reasons ,,i am gonna eat after maybe 2hours or something when i finish the soccer game,,is it ok or what ?
 
Dude why are you even asking? You are going to do it anyway aren't you?

Its not going to kill you to miss food for 2 hours. You aren't going to lose an inch off your arms or anything ridiculous like that.

If its your religion then JUST DO IT ALREADY.
 
i am not asking about fasting ,,i have been fasting for about 20days and only 10 days to go,,i was bulking sice the start and have gained some little mass ,,i was wondering about the soccer game which is 20min and being not able to eat directly after it ,,,is it considered any strong cardiac activity puting in mind the little time and will it affect my bulking or gains in any way ,,,catabolic maybe ?? peace
 
Fasting (not eating, or eating very little) would greatly affect a bulk yes. If you are missing one meal a day, that can affect gains but that is not fasting.

20 minutes of your life is not going to affect you nearly as much as this 30 day period that you are calling "fasting."

I do cardio up to 180 bpm for 10 minutes and then down to about 130 for 10 more minutes, it does not greatly affect me in terms of losing muscle.
 
i have done well and managed to gain weight while fasting stuffing myself with food ,,just 10days to go thats all,,,i was worried about the soccer game and the idea of not being able to eat directly after the game thats all,,,

Somehow though I didn't associate heavy eating with fasting. :laugh4:
 
Sorry I missed the point about fasting.

Eat lots of popsicles. They are a liquid after they melt so they don't count. :insane2:
 
...come to think of it, whey protein in water shouldn't count either. It is a 'supplement' and not a food. They even put a warning on the package of my ON whey protein that it should only be used as a supplement.
