Changing to more of a powerlifting style of bench.Felt strong on it but didn’t want to really push it as a new movement
 
Is it. Just switched over to this. Borrowing some of PB's ideas.
Was a devastating workout. Upper body was smoked by the time I got to military.

I'm alternating workouts. One workout a heavy tricep movement and light shoulder and visa versa for the next workout. See how that pans out for me.
