2nd cycle 10 weeks with sustanon 250 at 500 mgs per week
started sept 15 2003
starting weight 84.2 kilos
age 26
years training 10 off and on
compound sustanon 250
frontloaded a gram on week one
500mg on day one and 500 mg on day 4
today is day 6
current weight 87.2 kilos

thats 3 kilos in 6 days or 6.6 pounds
no noticeable increase in bodyfat
note: i had been stuck between 83 and 85 kilos for three months

training methods:
weight training- HST 3xper week
cardio- sprinting, jogging, and heavy bag drills 3xper week
 
nice....keep up the gains...if the gains you told me for your other cycle were acurate....then you should be blowin up!
what is HST?

basically it is based on scientific studies regarding how muscle actually grows. you do full body workouts three times a week doing one exercise per muscle group. you start out doing high reps with a low weight and you increase the weight used for each session. you start out doing 15 reps per exercise, doing this for two weeks. at the end of those two weeks you will have worked your way up to your 15 rep max. the following two weeks you will do ten reps followed by 5 and then by negatives. a typical HST cycle is 8 weeks long after which you take a week or two off from any exercise. this is called strategic deconditioning and is essential to HST. this off period makes your muscles sensitive to a lower weight than the one you ended the cycle with. before you start an HST cycle you test out your five ten and fifteen rep maxes for each exercise you plan on performing. check out the link i gave you. theres alot of good information in there. i personally find HST superior to alot of other training methods ive used. its not the best system for strength but you will definitely grow if you give it a try. if you like what you see, my suggestion is that you do 5 or 6 cycles of HST before deciding wether it works or not. im on my fourth cycle right now. on weighted dips i have added 20 kilos to my one rep max, 35 kilos for chins, 20 kilos for shrugs. thats just an example. this is the first Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) assisted cycle i will be doing, so i hope the gains keep coming. hope i answered your questionsbro, later.

injected 125 mg sustanon in right shoulder. the problem is that i spilled the other half of the fuckin rediject while getting it into another syringe. oh well.
