4 Months into TRT

I'm about 4 months into TRT with Chip's program at Maximus and have seen some impressive results with my libido but I'm not completely satisfied. Granted I'm doing the basic package he offers but I'm wondering if I should maybe increase my dosages.... how long should I wait till I get my blood work redone and what tests should I get done? All the same ones or can I skip any of them this time around?

Get blood work now.

I'd get the male hormone panel as it includes prostate, a full blood profile, E2, tyroid, igf, total test, free test and cholesterol. All you need for a FULL picture. Fast for 12 hrs pre teat and I'd do the test on the 3rd or 4th day after last shot for a realistic number (not too soon or too late).

What's your current protocol?

what aren't you satisfied with... or better yet what do you want out of your protocol?

I'm just curious since I'm about to start the same protocol

How is your diet? Training?? Cardio???
TRT IS NOT A MAGIC BULLET FOR ANYONE. It is a catalyst that will give you the get up and go that you need in order to do the things that YOU NEED TO DO. Please fill us in so that we can get you DIALED IN. Thx bro !

The protocol worked just great and after about 8 weeks I was noticing a big difference. I suppose I'm just wanting more is all and am wondering how my particular body chemistry is responding. I haven't had a blood test since beginning and I was expecting/hoping I would have more energy. Some times my emotions seem to flare up and I get hypersensitive to criticism. I'm wondering if my estrogen levels are higher than they should be. I'm following the p90x program pretty much to the letter so I don't think it's my diet or exercise program. I am eating around 2500 calories a day and the exercise program is about an hour to an hour and a half 6 days a week. I just started my second go around of p90x after taking three weeks off and I feel worse than when I started the first time through. Maybe it's nothing but I thought I would ask.:rockband:

I know for me if my E2 gets high, I can get inappropriately emotional and very sluggish.. Thankfully I haven't felt like that for a while now.. But, get your bloodwork and see where it's at..

Have you donated to thin out your blood. I know at my 3rd month I started to feel a little sluggish. My RBC count was high. A day after donating I was good to go. I felt much better. You should have had a blood test by now. Chip can't dial in your protocol without knowing what's going on. Managing your estrogen levels is the hardest part of TRT. Be patient and great things will come.
