5 weeks to vegas, cycle and 3J diet.

I just blew 3 weeks of testosterone all over my computer screen. DET,I will def meet up with you on my honeymoon. I will just slip my soon to be wife some of Cobra's wife's ambien. Just like I slip her Rui's Cialis. Then I will come party with you. Since you will have 2 girls to every guy. You down?

so far so good though, diet was good yesterday, measured my oils and dressing for salad.

did my cardio yesterday, only made it 40 minutes for the early cardio though, I ran outside and had already took my var and the pumps killed me.

hit up shoulders at the gym last night, strength is still climbing from the var. then did 28 minutes on the eliptical.

on a side note: I went to the gym with my chic, got done with a set of DB shoulder press and headed for the fountain. Im walking over and right next to the fountain is some ab machine. This great looking chic is kind of staring at me and all the sudden says " hi" when i got closer. Im like "hi" lol. it would not have been so weird if she wasn't smiling at me like she was gonna jump my bones....................ahhhhhhhhhh to be single again........................

diet was on point again today, didnt miss a beat. also did my cardio 2x, the pumps were much better on the morning run since i didnt take my var.

I was suppose to do legs to day, but when i hit the gym i just wanted to do chest, it was a mistake, strength wasn't there cause i did shoulders yesterday. still a good workout though, and ive been hitting abs EOD so i finished with those and the cardio.
 
Fuck I need your motivation. I'm in and out lately. My head is still fucked up over not recovering the first time. Must be the damn Var that I need to get excited again. Even Three full weeks back on. WTF

yea man the var gets me pumped like dbol does, kind of. Im on a mission though, its time to get lean.

the biggest reason i decided to lean up was after reading about glycogen receptors and how they up regulate when dieting down.

I have been bulking so long i stopped growing, I should have done this in feb.

so after i diet down hard for 6-8 weeks i will start eating big again, I'm told, since the glycogen receptors will be up reg, that i should respond really well.

this is why some guys believe in bulking hard starting the day after their show, ive heard some of your biggest gains are made after 6-8 weeks of hard dieting.
 
Good info, Det. Keep us posted with your progress. Sounds like we started from a similar place -- I was 250lbs in April of 2008 and as miserable as I'd ever been in my life from a physical perspective. I've managed to get down to 200lbs but just have lacked the discipline necessary to drop the body fat any lower the last six months. Sometimes its hard to find the right balance between enjoying some of life's indulgences and relishing the results of the hard work that goes into getting fit. I'm in the middle of a deca cycle right now, so dieting down isn't going to happen until I'm done but threads like this are good motivation for future goals.
 
diet was good today. I skipped my last meal though, i'm going out tonight and I may have 2-3 vodka and soda. That's it though.

No weights today, cardio 2x same as before.

Already In a few days I feel leaner, i'm sure I dropped a lil water just in the last couple days.

I forgot how good cardio makes you feel and how much energy you get from it. My skins feels a little better getting those two heavy sweats out a day, shirt is soaked both times. gotta love tren ;)

and I took an extra dose of aromasin, to keep the morning E at bay from the alcohol.

Great to see the pics - I'm the same way with drinking - haven't drank in 9 years (not even one) and then we had a meeting at a Budweiser distributor in Tampa - now it's been about 9 minuets - but I'm on vacation ... "screw it!" :40oz:

well diet was good today, but last night i ended up drinking a few more than i should have, so im not doing shit today, will start back up tomorrow. I literally think the fat is melting off within days, even my GF made a comment that im already starting to see some loss.

will post some more pics on wed or so. ive never been this strict with a diet, but honestly i never knew exactly what to eat, having 3J put one together for you is worht it for sure.
