5 years on!!!!!

Hello Gents and Ladies.

I want to introduce myself, Many of the elite crew may remeber me. I have been around for years on and off the boards.

Anyway I want to tell you about a recent experience.

I became very very ill, I was in the hospital for 5 days.
The reason is still unknown, possible back to back food poisening, possible bacteria infection, anyway boo hoo for me, that is not my point

Where they were trying to find out the cause of my illness, they ran every test known to man, from liver to kindeys, gall bladder, pancrease
MRI, Cats, ultrasound.

I was scared to learn what they would find.

(A little background...Hello my name is Conan and I am a Seroidaholic...
kinda a joke, but....)

I have basically been on since '97 with the longest off period being 3 weeks. And most of my cycles are pretty big
ex. 2-3g of test per week
50mg-150mg of dbol /day
I normally stack at least 3 different items at a time.

So I have been "ON" for 5 YEARS

Anyway, when told the docs that I am on steroids, other than my appearance and protein levels ect, they really didnt believe me

BECAUSE
every test they did was perfect.
Liver, Kidneys, Cholesterol, BP, Gall, everything was perfect

Now I know there must me some long term effects but if all my values are good to go at this point, I am in a lot better shape than I thought

Anyway, I am not advocation the use of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) or even long term use

But I was baffled by the results.
Just wanted to share....

If you read the post, you will see that I said I am not.

I said, I am sure there will be long term damage, but I am very surprised at the results I received

Welcome Conan, very nice to see you. I definitely remember you from Elite.

Thats an interesting experience that you have posted about. I too am of the opinion that longer-term cycles are not as bad as orginally thought but I am also an advocate that they should really only be used by advanced bodybuilders, they dont need to be ised by novices or even your average juicer. Im sure you agree with me that a newbie to bodybuilding and steroids does not need those kinds of dosages and does not need to stay on for a long time to make good gains. You, if I remember correctly, are a rather advanced bodybuilder, weighing in at around 250 on a 6 foot frame so doing larger then average dosages and at longer lengths is almost a necessity if you are looking to further yourself beyond your current stature. Its been a long time since I posted on Elite when you were a Mod there so forgive me if Im a little off on the numbers.

I see ,some might think it ok to do so from your post is all.

Anybody can think anything they want from reading a post, shooting test in your eyeball or your asshole, and so on. So its up to the individual to be a dumbass or not.

I agree though this person is lucky, with everything you read about cholesterol and liver values yada yada yada.

Yes that is very Good news.. I'm sure someone will be saying see see it's alright to do large amounts!!! But there's always one, and that one will find out the hard way!! But I to am over the 270 pound mark so those numbers are not bad Just the time "on" now thats a another story WOW!! it's good to hear.. I hope you feel better...

Hey conan.Damn bro, Because of your post it has inspired me to compose a six year cycle for myself...........LOL.....Maybe not.....Glad your still healthy bro

Voice from the past!:D Glad to hear your doing ok Conan. So what's the current cycle looking like? You wouldn't happen to have any #s in reference to your tests would you?

Different results

Good to hear that 5 yrs on and no ill effects.

I done numerous cycles, involving anadrol, dbol and test over the last 4 years and my AST has gone from 40 to 84. I think it may also in part be due to weekly alcohol binges. At any rate, I have to go off gear not drink and will get bloodwork done in a couple of months.
Oh...my cholesterol has gone from good levels to 290 overall.

See, as Victorian guy said, he drank.
I am very clean, I always use a lot of aids, liquidex, nolvadex )if needed) I drink a ton of liquids

I DONT DRINK
I DONT SMOKE
I DONT DO RECREATIONAL DRUGS

I HAVE A VERY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE INCLUDING: GOOD DIET, VITAMINS YADA YADA YADA

On another note, I see a lot of old faces here, looks like a great board.

To answer another questing about my current cycle

about 2g of test per week
and 50mg of dbol a day
A nice easy and light cycle (for me)

Conan how the hell are you doing bro? I don't believe that conan was lucky nor do I believe that his story is an isolated incident. Three years ago I was in the hospital with a bacterial infection in my heart which resulted in heart failure.

I also had every test known, and all my liver, and kidney values were great. I had to get a heart cath and I was told that the doctors were amazed at how clean my arteries were. I had also been on a cycle of at least five years, although I rarely exceed 1 gram a week.

Back to the quote much of what you read about cholesterol and the like are little more than yada, yada, yada.

I do not advocate ultra long cycles for anyone but myself, and I have frequent blood work done.
