Besides, I trust that in a rough situation you would hopefully do the same for someone in need as I would, and that has a great impact on our society. The individual actions of a man will always leave ripples that last. Sadly in America today, whether people follow God or not, no matter their beliefs...far too many either take no action at all, or take wicked ones

The whole homosexual argument can actually be argued in a compeltely non-religious, scientific manner. If your an evolutionist, they are a dead end off shoot, a failure, a defect. If your a nothingness(I forget what its called). They create division in society, bring about confusion, they split resources, and therefore weaken a nation. Hence why man who are watching America, have homosexuality outlawed lol. I think Guatemala or one of those countries is pushing for it to be punishable by death... But I will not get into the argument really. Just saying its not necessarily a religious argument, plenty of non-religious people hate them. And to be honest I dont hate em, even had a few friends like that. But they know my stance

It really comes down to the prevention of the separation of ideals amongst a people. Any educated sociologist can tell you that America being the "melting pot" doomed as a nation. Why? Too many different viewpoints and ideologies means all of them vie for resources to further their own agendas. What this does is weaken a people over time, their economy, military, trust, morality, values, structure, politics. And that is what we have today. Homosexuality is not "The" problem, but it is part of it.

Now everything is about special rights. Each special rights group(Women, Black, Black women, Gay, gay women, gay men, gay black men, Hispanic, disabled, etc,etc,etc) makes a huge draw on our resources. The effect is that everything gets sucked dry and nothing can move forward because each special rights group is pushing opposite of another.

Eventually the strings snap, and everything falls apart. So the problem with homosexuality is not necessarily that some sicko likes pounding another guys colon, but that they are creating one more strain on a nation.

For thousands of years a nation live as a unified people, with similar mindsets. America really broke the mold by doing what it did. Yeah its a nice theory, but its like communism...looks good on paper, fails in reality. Pay attention world wide, homosexuality is being shut down fast. Even look at history, as great empires reached the point where such things as homosexuality existed in mass, they fell shortly afterwards(Romans, Greeks, etc). Why? Its actually a side effect of people rebelling against one another, and rejecting nature and uniformity.

Note I did not use religious points in my argument Next you may say, well who has the right to say their ideals is wrong? Lets go with nature, the stronger larger group is naturally supposed to dissolve the smaller one thus preventing deterioration of the the people as a whole. Is it fair? No, but its also not fair someone today can be born with a silver spoon up their @ss and get a degree then making every one else around them miserable because they are rich and they can. What are we doing to fix that issue? Nada. What makes homosexuals special? Nada, just something easier for people to rally behind because it makes their faults seem minor compared to something so extreme.

Now lets end that big segment I just wrote with I simply stated it to prove it can be argued against without it being a religious ordeal, but a perfectly sensible viewpoint adaptable by anyone of any level of faith or lack there of. I dont really want to get into it or care about it much atm, I lost faith that this nation can be saved anyways. Most of these issues will be solved in the aftermath.

My point is that our "system" has removed many of the things that we held close as this country developed. They took the ten commandments out of the court house, wanna take In God We Trust off the money, lost the pledge of allegance, teachers can't discipling any more, you cant touch any kid no matter what he is doing to yours, and the list goes on.

Instead...we have legalized gay marriage, legalized pot (In Calif) and watered down just about every friggin thing that held any moral fiber in it.

It dont sit well with me. If you stir one drop of piss in the drinking water noone notices at first. About 20 gallons later things start tasting different.

We are diluting this country so fast that it is a joke. Every person that has a complaint changes things that have been in place for years.

alright, see that is the big difference IMO. Like you said above, you think your views are right. I don't think my views are right, its just what i think. And that to me is what seperates us when it comes to these never ending discussions that go nowhere. I call people of faith close minded because they aren't even willing to think that they may be wrong. Or what they believe untrue. i will. i listen to all the arguments but that is the exact reason why i don't have conversations about religion, because people of faith will do nothing but try and prove Gods existence even though i never asked. to me that is close minded thinking.

You see, i don't believe in God, but honestly i have no idea what is out there. And as i have said before, i really don't care. Americans spend too much time looking for answers to try and validate their existence when we should just be enjoying it. Not just people of religion, but especially them. Curiousity is great. I'm not knocking that. But is it that important to found out why to justify your actions or to help guide your life? [rhetorical. ] To me, its not. Never has been. I love my life, my family and i want to enjoy every minute i have on this planet i have with them. I don't need something to validate me. But again, if you do as a person, thats fine, i have no problem with that.

As for the gay marriage thing, you bring up a good point in regards to special interest. But you just lumped in the gay community with "Women, Black, Black women, Hispanic, disabled, etc,etc,etc". What does that mean? Only minorities tax the system? You think there aren't plenty of white Americans adding strain to our resources? To me that argument holds no merit. Yes, you may find more blacks abusing the welfare system, or hispanics abusing the medical system, but you'll find plenty of whites abusing the unemployment insurance benefits system.

If anything, the gay community, especially gay men, are typically white collar, well dressed, homeowners, who pay their bills on time, have secure jobs, and don't tax the economy at all. If anything they help. I know this as I have several gay friends, two cousins and an Uncle that are gay. All if which fall into the category i spoke of.

Now, just so we're clear, because of that is not the reason i mentioned this. Again, honestly, i don't care who marries whom. But i don't discriminate against anyone when it comes to calling them out for being a lazy piece of shit. My baby sisters husband is a white boy from San Diego, and his piece of shit ass sat on unemployment for 99 weeks, claiming to not be able to find a job. Amazingly, when the benefits ran out, he found a job. Ironic huh?

What i'm getting at is we spend too much time in this country worrying about what everyone else is doing and don't take responsibility for ourselves and that is what is ruining this great country.

Not god, or homosexuals, or popsicles or whatever. Its laziness. And that i can not stand.
