I work out at a rec center and we have an indoor track (1/4 mile) around the gym...I like it better than the treadmill sometimes...thats probably too big, but you could scale it down.
Also I think a couple tanning beds would be good, it would keep the chicks coming in, and TV's with sports on of course.
