Abs???

Alright quick ? I am on bulking cycle w. dbol30mged and test E 500 mg ew. I am wondering if I should wait to stop taking the dbol and for the test to kick in to start working abs I have never had visible abs and would like to work them this time around what suggestions / advice yall got
 
test E will be fully in you in about 2 weeks but im not sure what this has to do with working your abs. abs are a muscle and just like any other muscle they will grow. if your asking about bloat, i wouldnt worry too much about not seeing your abs from water weight. FAT is what you have to worry about. if your fat now, you will still be fat after the dbol.

if you want to see abs, diet and do cardio.
 
Yeah abs are about...80% diet. You can work them while on cycle, weighted exercises will cause them to get bigger, but you wont be seeing them until you put some serious time in dieting. Keto diet + lots of cardio yields the best results for me IMO.
 
yeah was worried bout the water bloat and figured it mask abs a little bit. I'm def. not fat and have potential to get the abs so I'll just wait till after the bulk cycle since I am eating so much, I eat mostly good stuff but eat a shit load. Prob not best way to go about getting the abs. Thx for the replies bros
 
Get on a good ab routine.
Get on a good deit in favor of helping your abs show.
Cardio Cardio Cardio.

I would still work them now that way when you cut down they'll already be there and you'll be happy
 
sounds good Ill start hitting them on shoulder and leg days since I usually just stick with 1 body part on those days thx for the help
 
...work with rep s as you don t want a big waiste..
...ab s are made in the kitchen !
..and on the cardio routines.
...and they offset your lower back..most westerner s bitch about back pain...most westerner s are fat slob s and that s the reason...imo.
 
Always do heavy ab work regardless if your bulking or not.

And sets of 30 + reps wont do shit. Do them heavy like you would any other muscle.

Strong abs are essential to preventing lower back pain and squatting and pulling heavy weight.
 
alright so work with reps? you saying high reps or waht and the other response is to do heavy sets lower reps since it wont do shit what do you all think would be the best lower reps heavier sets?
 
heavy weighted ab exercises sets of 8-12
dont sacrifice form for weight tho

hanging legs raises work wonders for me slow and controlled

diet and cardio will make them visbible but u have to have them there first
 
In my experience BIG heavy weight builds BIG strong muscles! Small hard defined waist comes with light weight and very hi reps with TONS of cardio and light to no carbs.. I dont like at all the big puffy but cut look of GH loaded body builders abs rather I prefer the slim small lookin waist cut and defined rock hard abs with all the big bulky muscles up top on arms back and chest, not the belly and sides. Im 5'7" 190lbs with abs coming in better n better @13%bf and a 31" waist.. 2 months ago I was 20% with a 35"waist.. I could still see upper ab def then. Ive got the pics of then(3-'10)@20% and closer to now {Avatar}(6-'10)@ 15% in my profile pic album, anyway everyones a lil different
