after workout do u dip in jacuzzi? or steamroom?

guys.. after workout.. do u guys dip in a hottub or steam room?

would this help growth and recovery?

I hate cardio... so was thinking about going to a different gym where they have a pool.. and jacuzzi..
 
After working out I always go for a shower, swim, jacuzi, sauna and steam room and I feel great after it. But that's just me. :shoot4:
 
i would love to hit both up-but im so fucking hungry when im done i drive straight home and get my shake-and start cooking

if their was a way around that i would do it
 
No replacement for cardio! Jog, swim etc is the best. Swimming is one of the best cardio u can do! And no type of stress on joints! Whereas jogging/running is horrible on the joints!
Btw, every time i do hop in the pool after a work-out session, i feel like a new man! Nothing like it! Is just a bit of inconvenience: Changing, showering, dressing etc.

Yadi-It would be better to go into the pool (colder) rather than a hot steam room or jacuzzi. Not saying that it wouldn't relax you. But the muscles will get more of an advantage from the coldness rather than from the heat. *as far from what I have read.
 
Are you guys saying that cold is better that a hot tub after a workout? Should I skip the hot tub all togather?
