My doc pushes for his patients to not only eat right, but do heavy supplementation with vitamins. At a minimum he encourages all patients to take high doses vitamins

I take 1 ml of L-Glutathione twice a week totaling 2 ml per 7 days
15-20mg of vitamin C per day
50000 iu of Vitamin D a week

I wouldn't say my Doc pushes the vitamins, but he strongly encourages it. From his recommendation a minimum 2000mg of D3 and 50mg of Zinc with a basic multivitamin. He is big on proactive anti-aging.

L-glutathione is a pretty good antioxidant and, imo, everyone needs to supplement with vit D since its the biggest vitamin deficiency in the western world.
5,000iu is a good dose to increase your serum levels, did he have you tested for D deficiency or is he just guessing?

The vit c is a complete waste of time & money since you have easy access to it through your diet - a few pieces of fruit per day and your good to go.
At 15-20mg it will do nothing, either supplement high (500mg for immune system benefits) or dont supplement at all.

I get the glut in the form of NAC daily and the vit D3 I take as well. Vit C I have been on and off with and honesty havent noticed any difference either way with it. Even when taking higher doses that supposedly lower cortisol there was no clinical diff in my blood work when doing that.

i just recently did labs and my b1 was in the gutter.. dont exactly know why its happening.. i love organ meat. lol
