Anadrol, advice please

Hey guys

Just need some advice i will be finishing my cycle of anadrol this week. (First two weeks i took half a pill of 50 mg, following two weeks 1 pill, following two weeks and currently my last week 1.5 pills). For the first month i also used ginsing kianpi pills if anyone has hurd of them? (weight gainers).

Before i started i was around 70 kgs, currently 75 kgs, height is 182 cm, i have quite long limbs so its hard for me to look muscly thats why im doing all this. I have read that you loose everything with anadrol but my mate whos been doing this stuff for ages say depending on your diet and workout you should be able to retain most of the gains?

Bulking diet at the moment which i follow very strictly

8am - Mashed potatoes or rice ball with amino acids.
10 am - protein shake and aminos.
Mid day - Mashed potatoes and aminos
2 pm - protein shake and aminos
4 pm - Cereal, mixed with yoghurt and a banana along with aminos.
6 pm - Fruit (usually an apple + orange with the andarol pills) + aminos
~10 pm after gym - protein shake and aminos
~11 pm mashed potatoes with meat and aminos.
then i try sleep around 2 hours after eating this meal.

Just wondering am i doing anything wrong with all of this? or does it seem fine? i do have "genetic" love handles which seem to be impossible to get rid of. but apart from that so far so good.

I need advice for the next cycle what would be my best way to go? Something for a tall skinish person to look more muscular?

Gym routine
Sat - arms + lower abs + lower back
Sunday - chest + upper abs + lower back
Monday - Back + lower abs + lower back
Tuesday - Legs + upper abs + lower back
Wednesday - arms + lower abs + lower back
Thursday - Shoulders + upper abs + lower back.
Friday rest.

You need a post cycle therapy (pct) and what was the ginseng for? Was this out the back of a bb magazine fake test booster crap or really anadrol. You workout to much to you need more rest. How many and what amino's are you taking dam.just scratch it you eat like a rabbit bro you want mass eat like a redneck fucking beef real proteins. I suggest no next cycle but let's start here and see more of your posts to what your actually doin
 
Ginseng was to increase appetite. As for the anadrol, friend got it from over seas for me, its a blue pill with a mark on it.

What type of post cycle therapy (pct) would you recommend?

As for the aminos, its the healthy n fit 10,000, 3 with each meal.

yea, thing is it would take a few days to get here because hardly anyone sells in the city im in, would have to get it from a different city. I'll try get a hold of it, is it absolutely necessary?
I've been using liv 52 ds the whole time, two capsules every night. Do i need to be taking any more after the cycle finishes?

To be honest i dont feel like i have gotten ALOT bigger from it, like from what i have read on the internet you are supposed to get huge! it didn't really happen for me? although my strength did go up alot
 
Hey guys, i have a quick question, i recently got anadrol and i have been reading everywhere that anadrol is a white pill with some letters on it. The pills i got are squared and they have SM on them, they are pink/ red...did i get ripped off? i would really appreciate some feedback on this
 
wow, what is going ? did you do some research before you did this ?

anadrol can come in any forms, depends who you go through
 
you could gain alot more if you had a better diet , you need whole food protein as well . eggs, red meat,chicken, fish, and carb complex,
 
my guess is he's back to his starting weight of 70kg and at a higher bf%... also the loss of libido and depression that could be causing is never pretty... live and learn

he'll live to fight another day
