any track or speed athletes have a good workout they can share?

hey
i am lookin for a new speed workout. i need something more intense. i was doin monday fly 40's, tues basic day stretch warm ups, wed 150's at 65%, 70%, 75% ect, then thurs warm ups, form, friday plyos and changed alot but 20's, 40's, 60's or 400's, 300's, 200's, 100's.
just wanna change it up this worked well but want something more intense. thanks
 
I remember those days ...... I was a 2 miler. But we all (sprinters too) would have to run up the jeep trail to the top (I lived in Colorado at the time - in the mountains). And it was one hell of a jeep trail! You'd be running and would have the ground inches from your face it was so steep!
