Anybody had their gear stucked in origin post is preparing shipment.

I been waiting on some vials but the tracking number has been stucked in origin post is preparing shipment for 11 days, anybody had this happen before ? Is it normal ? Should I contact my source or just wait a few more days?
Last time same source it was at my doorstep in 10 days.
This are some replacement vials.

It's the busiest time of the year for shipping. I'm sure your pack will get to you, just be patient.

Right I'll wait til January then, just thinking of my little buddy all alone there waiting to be shipped xD

Normal for this time of year. Also....if they fail to scan a package upon arrival or departure from a facility...then the tracking will not update. Sometimes packs will show up at my door without ever getting a tracking update.
